It's apparent that regardless of what I say here your opinion of our company is not going to change, and that's fine. The affiliates and partners that we have worked with since the beginning and have built real, personal relationships with know that we are absolutely trustworthy and honest people. They're the ones who would actually call or email me when they see something wrong, not post on a forum before getting the whole story. For those affiliates, and anyone else who wishes to discuss things, I'm always available to talk.
That said, In this case, again, I'll be the first to admit that we made a mistake and should have spoken to our affiliates first. It was not done with bad intentions but it was a mistake nonetheless. For this I do apologize. Again, if any affiliate that was sending us Canadian traffic in the past and think that they might have sent us Canadian traffic during the time that we had the deal with Red Returns please email me. We can talk about how this might be rectified.
