Terms changes for 6 Affiliate Programs

There are several terms changes. They are minor changes, but here is the outline.

1. ToteSports Affiliates - Bingo and Advertising changes

2. Casino.com Affiliates - Commission Changes

3. Betsafe Affiliates - Company Name, Location, Licensing

4. Fortune Affiliates - Retagging of old players

5. Referback Affiliates - Advertising Code of Conduct

6. BetUS Affiliates - Sub Affiliates

Those are the new changes (well, some are from the 16th - we were delayed in alerting). Sorry for that short delay.

Congrats to Fortune Affiliates who came out with the BEST change we have ever seen to benefit affiliates (probably was always there, but awesome to call it out like that in the T&C's)
