wish I saw this thread yesterday. I had to trek around London in the tube yesterday and the circle line was just not running at all without any information or notifications from the tube service. No mention of this on bbc either about any delays.

Wondering if any of you experienced any problems on your visit to London with the Terror alert? Was interesting reading about the concerns but as a Londoner this does not make any difference to our lives and everything carries on as normal so would be interested to hear if there was any issues at all?

Nothing at all that i was aware of.

I saw a few coppers and at 1 point 2 helicopters hovering but that was as scary as it got.

The biggest problem came from those that cant handle their booze, I heard of a couple of scuffles saw 1 and was getting beef from one guy in the hotel bar for a reason unbeknown to myself. It was about 5am so maybe he just needed a sleep and his dummy?

But as for terrorists, i think they were scared off!

I actually saw a scuffle on my way home too! A girl trying to beat up a guy! was amusing I suppose, especially when she fell over and showed her ass off to the whole world!

Booze! can make people unpredicatble!!

Its fine... I gave Schalk some crap on the weekend about not coming...

BTW - It wasn't _my_ ass, although a few people saw it at the c-planet party and one guy saw my boob (it fell out of my dress - sorry about that whoever you are) thanks to Martin twisting me around doing the merange (no idea how to spell it).

I didnt even know about this terror alert before leaving and not until the day before I left... Just goes to show that I take notice of the important stuff...
