Is there a market for a Betting/Casino/Poker/Binary Options ad network

This is a hypothetical question but I am looking into display advertising for some time. I noticed that buying display ads for casino affiliate sites is pretty much restricted on all big ad networks, except the ones which are selling mostly adult inventory.

Do you think there would be a market for an ad network selling display inventory to casino,poker, betting and binary/forex affiliates and operators?
It would be interesting to get an opinion from affiliate managers too. Is anyone doing any display advertising already and has some success?

I think it goes without saying that there certainly would be a market for the advertisers and advertising buyers.

The issue is getting good publishers, those that can deliver quality traffic that would convert for the advertisers.

Many many groups have tried many times in the past, but they have mostly failed or get very little return advertisers because they do not deliver quality traffic.

Most publishers that have the right kind of traffic, are already publishing their own affiliate banners and links, and even a 50% cut of ad dollars is not profitable compared to the affiliate advertising dollars.
