As a result of the OP, some of us took a closer look at the terms. Upon examination, this term came to light:
Gooner is right. The OP may have been fraudulent. But that does not change the fact that Ladbrokes' T&C's contain a predatory clause. I think the majority of affiliates will agree that quotas are predatory when they give the program the right to terminate affiliate accounts.12.4 If you do not deliver 1 new customer registration within a period of three months (billed months) we may terminate this Agreement immediately by delivery of written notice to you.
