    Let's back up a moment.
Ladbrokes did not terminate the Op because of fraud. Read the email in his post!
Аfter a review on your affiliate account we have noticed that your performance during the last two years have been poor and that you have only referred one single active customer. This is also reflected in the way you promote Ladbrokes: our banners are not in good positions and this is also in breach with our T&C.
Your performance it is not enough to mantain an active affiliate status with us and we have decided to suspend your affiliate account with us.
How can someone who referred one single customer in a span of 2 years be accused of operating a fraud ring?

The fraud allegation was brought by an affiliate manager from another casino.

As a result of the OP, some of us took a closer look at the terms. Upon examination, this term came to light:
12.4 If you do not deliver 1 new customer registration within a period of three months (billed months) we may terminate this Agreement immediately by delivery of written notice to you.
Gooner is right. The OP may have been fraudulent. But that does not change the fact that Ladbrokes' T&C's contain a predatory clause. I think the majority of affiliates will agree that quotas are predatory when they give the program the right to terminate affiliate accounts.

Should this discussion have been moved to a new thread? Perhaps. Does this thread deserve 80+ responses? Apparently so!

I can't speak for the threadstarter.

Most of my aff income is from Ladbrokes.

It has been a couple of months since a new player signed up. Come january this term puts me on the backfoot.
