I work at an agency building links for a bunch of gambling groups.

One of them is planning to do some link building in Asian countries like Vietnam and Thailand. We tried to outreach promising websites in the area - had our emails translated by native speakers, sent a bunch of emails - but to no avail. The response rate is minimal.
I was thinking maybe we're doing it wrong - we approach outreach in the same way we did with other geos (especially English-speaking countries).

Did any of you find a successful outreach method for Thailand and Vietnam?

Can you share a few tips?
