There are lots, but it really depends on the traffic source you wan to target- also read up on the recent legislation around UK based players - they are not making it any easier.

Could you restate your question? It is unclear.

Do you want to know what affiliate programs compare casinos?

    Sure.

Im looking for top websites that promote casino to players. Like askgamblers, slotsia.com/uk/, johnslots.com/en/ and those sites. I know that catenamedia, bettercollective, Raketech etc are strong, but when looking at their websites they are not as strong as I thought.

I do not know much about the uk market so just want to make sure I do not miss anything, so if anyone here would have to rank the top site, how would that list look like?

the tops sites are what appear in the top 10 results of google for the best keywords, i'm not sure if this is a serious question or if its just to gain posts as a new member however if it is genuine then it's really obvious imo, a strong site is that which gains most traffic and holds positons.. right now the top 10 results have never looked better, it used to be dominated by 10 page cookie cutters now it does actually have some quality sites sitting up on top.

Yeah, but in most countries, specially in Scandinavia you have top sites/companies that are dominating all the key words that have value. But if I understand you right then its not the case in UK, because when I search for top keywords different sites are on top. Or maybe you have no clue and are also gaining post count.

Im not asking for a definition of a top site, im just wondering if affiliate here would rate top 10 sites, what that list would look like in their opinion. I have spent some time on google and with ahreaf but I see so many different pages on top positions for good keywords. But if no one want to share then its ok =)

The biggest Market is not Scandinavian, it's one of the most profitable for general sites but when it comes to top10... the top10 UK results will generate more than top10 Sweden, the problem is there are thousands of casinos and thousands of portals so rule of thumb they target niche, and as much as I would like to share what I have learnt over the years the best advice I could give you is to do your research like I and many others do

Yes, you are right. Reason I brought up Scandinavian is because thats the market where I operate right now.

I am doing some research and have spend 10+ plus hours in ahreaf but the more I search, the more sites I find =)

I understand that you do not wish to share, so lets leave keep this thread on topic instead? When im done, I would not mind sharing the top 10 best websites for affiliate that I have found, for people in this business its not a huge secret. If anyone want top 10 sites for Scandinavian I would love to share those.

If you run a portal, you do not have to compare casinos. Only to good ones do that.

It's the different values of every webmaster that is difficult to see. Your best bet is to go to a site's "About Us" page or mission statement. Then find one that compares casinos based on righteous principles. E.g., ease of payout, known for fair gaming odds.

The best casino is the one where you know someone has cashed out big.

I dont want to compare casinon, I want to see which are the best websites.

I have dome much more research now, and on thing I found out is that they don't search so much for generic words, like here in Scandinavia. Thats why I had problems finding them =)

The BEST Casino sites are the ones that convert the players the most effectively, and they may not always be the ones in the top of searches, or with the most keywords etc etc.

The best casinos are regulated for fairness.

The best casinos are the ones that do not have a big profit margin, but how are you going to get a hold of their income tax statement, if they even have one.

The best casinos have an Alexa rank under 10k, 'cause more people can complain and get customer request results.

Unless something has changed in the last 10 years, Alexa rank is useless. It only takes into account people with the toolbar installed.

Well, I think the Alexa rank manipulation can not make a site go from 1 million+ to under 10K Alexa, unless their is some serious manipulation going on. E.g., 5 or more people are manipulating it for your site, or you are paying a company to get it under 10K.

I would hope that Alexa has found a way to make the results more true as you get under 100K ranking, right? I am guessing on all of this, but this is what I currently think about the manipulation.

I am ok with a site that shows 10K Alexa, to actually be 1 million-ish without the manipulation, but not 2+ million.

We ran some tests here at the GPWA years ago, and you would be surprised how easy it was to manipulate Alexa.

The more folks you can convince to run the old outdated alexa toolbar (such as seowannabe's following 10-15 year old seowannabe's with 10-15 year old information) and visit your site the more you can manipulate the alexa rank.

During our tests, we had a number of sites in the lists that alexa site rankings changed by the hundreds of thousands in just a few weeks, and that was with only about 20 or so of us working the tests...
