I'm not sure about the UK, as more and more pensioners are leaving the country for decades. First they were buying properties in Spain, France, Portugal..., then it became a bit expensive markets, so they moved to find houses in Croatia, Bulgaria, and maybe Montenegro.
So I'm not that sure that an average pensioner can afford a good living in the UK.
Also, I'm curious why there are no New Zealand, and Australia on the list.
