    Unhappy Trada Casino Affiliates

First off I hope everyone is enjoying the festive season and wish you all a fantastic and profitable 2020!

I just wanted to see if I could get a little feedback from anyone here that promotes Trada Casino affiliates. If you promote them Im sure you will be aware of all the trouble they had in November and December with their "planned platform upgrades". Im not sure if you were effected in any way as I did not receive a single email notifying affiliates of the ongoing mess that was caused with the migration they did. No stats for weeks, late payment, large earnings deducted, depositors not showing, clicks not showing.... you get the drift, the stats were a mess, what you could see of them anyway.

It lasted about 7 weeks for me and I was contacting Rachel on and off looking for updates and wanting to know why my November earnings were slashed by about 60%. It took a few weeks to get an answer that made sense although since then my player account activity has literally died a death for December! Im talking over 70% down on signups, earnings, depositors the lot! The upgrade dragged on for 7 weeks with all sorts of issues or reasons for the delay being offered. The end result of this migration is now a p!$$ poor account that I have built for a few years.

I have been speaking to Rachel about the issues and she seems genuine as do Trada, they are one of the few affiliate companies I work with that actually pay on time ( except for November due to their issues ) and that are also good enough to send a worthwhile thank you Christmas gift each year to all affiliates!

So although it sounds like I am having a go at them I am not. Im surprised by the last few weeks and how my whole player base seems to have died since their recent upgrade and the earnings that were deducted and just wondered if anyone else who works with them and has had any similar issues.

I genuinely want to continue working with them but feel like as if I am starting again if all the players that were playing each month seem to have suddenly stopped playing..?

They use Income Access if this helps but have done some other background migration which I am not sure of or how it may have impacted things...?

I have been speaking to the AM but feel like I need some feedback from the affiliates as I dont feel like I am getting anywhere anymore.

They switched to Aspire Global. I think that answers most of your questions and worries.

One of most known Aspire Global brands is Karamba. This might be a clue.

Aspire Global are doing a lot og things like Playtech and SB Tech, kind of white lable and many other things.

Their main offices are in Malta and Tel Aviv.

hey madz - same, about a third lobbed off novembers comissions during first week december, go figure. Player base appears to have shrunk. Up until this point trada have been legit, couldn't fault them, but it would seem times are changing.

Your problems will not finish. If the program has been moved over to a property owned by Teddy Sagi; you're better off flushing that money down the toilet.

It's not a brand I promote too much, however I did notice this. I finished November with several hundred in commission and 6+ depositors.

At some point in December those stats changed to 70 quid or so and one depositor.

Cheers for all the feedback. Did anyone get any emails to explain why all our earnings were deducted? Rachel told me there was an error with the stats being in the wrong order and each time they were refreshed there were some other issues hence the reason it dragged on for 6-7 weeks. Im not clued up with all that to be honest thats why Im asking here.

Even after all of that and if what she said is true then why of our accounts died massively since the new update/migration?

I have asked her several times but getting an answer that explains this has not happened so far. Has anyone else reached out to them?

Didn't you know that all politicians start out as affiliate managers who duck and dive questions put to them.

We are very disappointed with what happened in November and December. Players lost and deducted commissions. Would never promote them again!!!

After some consideration I have decided to remove them from my websites for now. It looks like they have done the same thing to numerous affiliate's and so far have sent zero emails regarding any updates or even acknowledging peoples concerns or even explaining why they deducted everyone's earnings or the loss of players.

Something is seriously wrong and it looks like they dont give a to$$.

FWIW, the folks behind Trada Casino are amongst the most trustworthy and honest people I've worked with in the iGaming industry. Some 8 years ago, they set out to develop a customer-focused online casino on a relatively small budget and executed it phenomenally on limited software. They built a fantastic reputation, aided by affiliates and highly rewarding for affiliates by paying an incredibly strong gross revenue share. The software platform they were using, Pariplay, was acquired by Aspire Global, so they had no choice but to migrate. Migrations are always painful and almost always fail to go to plan. They won't have done anything to deliberately leave affiliates out of pocket. I'll be backing the guys at Trada to sort any grievance and work towards the exceptional customer service they've been known to deliver to players and to affiliates. If you can't cut these guys a little slack, you'll fast run out of casinos to promote.

    Hi All,

First of all - my sincere apologies for not picking up on this thread sooner. I was away for Christmas and just got back to the office today, so I'm ready to address your concerns.

I want to start off by assuring you that whilst we are using the Aspire Global platform, we are not owned by them. The management structure remains the same, and you will still deal with the same team in relation to affiliate matters. You will still enjoy the same benefits as always (payment within the first week of the month, revenue share deals with no admin fees/deductions etc).

In relation to the migration (and as Tom referenced above) not everything went according to plan, as can often be the case. It took us quite a bit of time to ensure the integration between IncomeAccess and Aspire Global was working correctly - but everything is now fixed and any days with missing data were rolled back and re-uploaded.

We did not make any deductions to revenues, so if you were paid less than you were expecting based on your reported earnings please PM me and I will make sure everything is in order. There was a case early in the month of December where earnings were being reported as much higher than they actually were in IncomeAccess, as the system was using the wrong column to calculate revenues. We then had to do another roll-back and upload to fix it which took a few days.

There are some things that contributed to the slow down in activity after the migration, the main ones being:

    1. Site speed was not up to scratch, and we believe that this may have been putting players off. We implemented a CDN that significantly improved the speed of the site on the 18th December so this issue has now been resolved.

    2. Marketing activities for existing players significantly slowed down post-migration, until we were confident that the everything was working correctly and there were no issues with the site. We did a small reactivation campaign as a test in December, but this was prior to the implementation of the CDN. I am now planning more aggressive retention campaigns in January to re-activate anyone that may have dropped off after the migration.

We are now 6 weeks into the migration and activity is picking up again, so I would ask you to trust me and stick with us during the transition. There are many positive aspects to this change, and I'm confident you will see the results of that in the coming months with new players coming through, who will enjoy the following:

    • The website and support is now available in English, Norweigen, Finnish and German. Soon to launch Spanish.
    • We have more payment methods available, including the launch of MuchBetter on the 18th December.
    • More game providers: Play' N Go, Red Tiger, Blueprint are an example of three providers that weren't live before migration.
    • New responsive website, easier to use and navigate.
    • Exclusive content that is not available anywhere outside the network (at the moment we have Aztec Gold Megaways as an exclusive which is doing unbelievably well at TradaCasino. It has been in our top 5 throughout the Christmas period which is rare for a new release).
    • Exclusive Evolution Live Blackjack network table with low limits.

While I appreciate that you may have seen a slow-down in your traffic activity, please know that this is temporary and that we are working in the New Year to reactivate those players and to improve conversion rates for new traffic coming through.

Please PM me if you need anything,

    Rachel.

    Guys
I have to agree with Tom
trada and their team are among the most trustworthy companies I worked with.
great communication, fair commissions, custom offers and fast payments.
Although the migration didn’t go how they wanted they are still the same company and team.
Only thing I can think of related to lower commissions and conversion is the fact they run on Aspire global platform now.
I will continue working with them and I am sure they will pick up very soon.

Personally I'd have to agree with facts. And the facts are there are plenty people reporting the same issue. Also, there is no excuse for ignorance, like the ignoring of emails.

I'm just glad I never really pushed them, so that I get stuck in a catch22. They are off my list now.

You are not the only one to say this. Why are Aspire Global so bad? You praised Trada throughout your reply and then added this comment which sounds like lower commissions and conversions should now be expected because they are with Aspire Global!

Thank you Rachel for updating everyone on here and I have also been chatting to you on Skype which has been positive so far. I have to admit though the way everyone ( with more experience than me in this industry ) goes on about Aspire Global I am concerned.

Poor terms, poor customer service, slow payouts and low withdrawal limits. That's just killing for retention.

I have the same concerns as everyone else about the migration to Aspire Global but I am putting my faith in the Trada team because they have always been exceptional! They are the ONLY affiliate programme that has ever contacted me to let me know they had been under-paying and to apologise for the fact that due to the amount they would have to pay it back in stages over the next few months. Honesty is rare in this game and it’s something that has bought Trada a lot of leeway from me...I hope they don’t let me down.
