    Hello guys, I'm new at this forum. I have a problem with Tropicana Gold Casino about withdrawal money. They don't pay my money for 17 days. What should I do? Please help me about it.

    Is this a player payment or an affiliate payment?

    If it is a player payment, have you faxed or email certification documents?

    If it is an affiliate payment, have you asked your affiliate manager about the issue?
    If you have emailed and asked, have you gotten any response?

    Thank you for your reply. It was player payment. I sent all documents to them. And finally they sent one of them. But the second prize, they didn't.
