Give them a chance. When Casino Rewards took over Casino Profit Share, Rewards made good on all outstanding CPS monies owed. They also did this without being contacted.

I am going on record as saying I have four Affiliate accounts with Playshare and consistently earn $xxxx a month.Sacha has been a great manager to me over the years and Hopefully this will give Helene and I a chance to work together .Having multiple players still playing since 2007/2008 I trust Rewards VIP dept will take care of our players and continue to have a profitable relationship.I was not happy with the results of last take over but this situation is a bit different in that most of us regard PlayShare as a good brand to work with.Renee said in another thread somewhere they have hired more support staff for players so hopefully players will feel it is business as usual.

I have posted this elsewhere, but wanted to make it clear here that we still have no affiliate data which is why noone has received an email yet - we can't send an email to affs we don't have an email address for yet.
We are hoping to have it by tomorrow so we can see what we are working with..

At this point the player migration is almost complete, which is the most important thing - it means you're earning commissions while they are able to continue playing.

Once we have all the affiliate data we will compile an email letting everyone know what will happen from here, what info we need from you as well as what you will need to do moving forward. All stats will be backdated to the date when the players were migrated to our gaming server, so you are not missing out on any players you're sending to the playshare brands now, or any players that are continuing to play at the moment.

In our previous acquisitions everything has run relatively smoothly, so I'm confident that this acquisition will run even smoother than the last..

That's a serious problem when casino ceased their operations and did not give any notice nor refunds to their affiliates. I've heard a lot of similar stories like that.

I trust Renee and know she's very easy to reach and will always answer our questions. If she doesn't know the answers, she will find the answers
and then come back and answer. I also think that Rewards does the best job around when it comes to getting the technical stuff right. I trust that this will go as smoothe as possible, and can't think of any other group I'd trust more to take this on as I do Rewards.

I see that it would be hard for someone on the other side of the fence to see why a deal like this takes place so quickly and without prior warning, however you should know that this is mostly for the security of the data being transferred, which IMO is the most important thing..

I think the last thing you'd want as an affiliate is for someone who may not have a job next week because they know the company is selling their part of the business off, to start collecting your player data and selling it so they can make enough money to live until they find another job... or something similar.

Besides that, noone has ripped anyone off and I'm not even sure how people started to think this when I've already posted a few times letting people know what we are up to. Please don't make assumptions - if you have a question, ASK ME.

As I've said previously, we do have some of the best IT guys in the country working for us, as well as people who have done this so many times already (this will be my 4th merger) so you guys have nothing to worry about in terms of everything being put where it should be..

Renee when you guys move players from playshare to Rewards how do you know whos affliate account to attach them too? My email address for my Playshare account is different fron my Rewards account email.

What about tracking, are the playshare banners tracking to playshare at this time?

I'm kinda glad Rewards has these casinos now, one less accout I have to check and one less payment I have to wait for each month.

About CR did not notify their affiliates yet,
They did not e-mail any of the affiliates yet since they do not have all data yet as far I understand.
But Renee did post about it here on GPWA and also on AGD.
When I did read the news I already e-mailed her my playshare login.

She is always there if we need to know anything,
just contact her....

Re payments - Playshare will be paying all jan commission payments. My understanding is that they have sent moneybookers and quicktender so far. I'm waiting to hear a schedule for the rest of the payments.

If you receive one from them before I post again about this, please let me know..
