Roulette Zeitung I truly understand your concern, its not bitcoin thats going be the problem, trust me they Goverments already tracking that.
It's the Anonymous Cryptocurrencies like Monero, and DASH thats going be a problem.
cryptocurrency is a train that can't be stopped, and USA Senate is now posistive towards it, and understand the tech can really be helpfull.
Whats going happens is Cryptocurrencies it just going grow and grow, and then USA, and other goverments is going to ban coins like Monero, and DASH, but Bitcoins and others they going legalize.

The real fight should be against cryptocurrencies like Monero, and DASH.
Bitcoin is here to stay, and will just grow.

Bitcoin will be more fungible again or it will die (even today you have "enough" anonymous BTC if you want to pay for it). It is XMR and Dash which will probably have no use in future.
Bitcoin is not set in stone. Schnorr signatures are coming after Segwit and they will enable this and the fully private transactions will be cheaper than normal txs:
Making a CoinJoin mixing transaction with a high anonymity set becomes about 30% cheaper than making a transparent, traditional Bitcoin transaction.

    Good morning Eissa,

remember your own fine quote in the member focus area and read my statement there from today in general regarding idiots. I am thankful, because also this will make this thread the most read Bitcoin thread here, what was my goal from the very first second.

    Bitcoin Ponzi-Scheme collapsed

Biggest Bitcoin criminal case in Europe
    10,000+ victims
    Interpol chasing after the criminals

"Optioment" was nothing else than a Bitcoin Ponzi-Scheme. They masked their operation as if they are a serious company from Austria.
They promised returns of 1,5%, 2% then 4% ... every week!
    Some months they paid.
Then, because if was a pure Ponzi-Scheme, it collapsed.

The criminals collected 80,000,000 Euro, and the investors now hold the short end of the stick.
    The money is gone.
    Also the criminals.
Interpol's best specialists to fight the rising Bitcoin Crime are already in full chasing mode.

Bitcoin inventor "Satoshi Nakamoto" has stolen $10,000,000,000 Bitcoin?

Dirk Mueller, Mr. DAX, controversial German finance expert: "Anyone who still believes today that some anonymous Asian guy in the back room has put together a currency that's upset the world, does not have all the slats on the fence."

Craig Wrigth, the guy who claims, he is Bitcoin inventor "Satoshi Nakamoto", is being sued for $10,000,000,000!

The Australian computer scientist and entrepreneur is accused of stealing billions worth of cryptocurrency and intellectual property with forged documents from his dead business partner Dave Kleiman.

With this case the "Satoshi Nakamoto-Mystery" finally can be solved.

    Crispy Crypto Crime Cases

    Telegram for you

Durov Brothers, who invented the Russian Facebook counterpart VK ( https://vk.com/ ), facing now countless fake websites of their "Telegram" service. Cybercriminals suggesting their victims, "Telegram Coins" do exist.

    Wanted - Dead or alive

Binance, the world’s biggest cryptocurrency exchange, is now going to the public to catch the hackers that attempted to steal money last week. The company is offering a reward of $250,000 in return for information which will put the criminals behind bars. After the incident unstable Bitcoin price was in free fall speed again, lost more than $1,200 within one hour.

Mother's Day III: "Take that, Bitch!"

27 years old IT-Guy from Germany behind bars. With the help of his 68 (!!!) old mother the Drug Lord purchased as easy as drinking water with Bitcoin large amounts of Cocaine in the Darknet. He sold the drugs to his 1,300+ customers all over Europe and made a huge profit.

In the raid they also found 600 (!!!) child porn files from the Darknet on his computer. The punk was sentenced to 6 years and 9 months behind bars now, which is in Germany already a very hard punishment. Believe me that.

Mother was found guilty of accessory and sentenced to 10 months jail time. Her sentence was suspended on probation.

European Police Congress announced, they will increase fight on Darknet child abuse

"Darknet since years is a safe harbor for pedophiles" they now say in Berlin and announced to fight that child abuse at any costs. Due to some idiots here, who are mocking and downplaying even child abuse, a true story from Germany:

A mother sexually abused her own 9 years old son for years, also her life partner. Then they had the idea to make money with the tortured soul. So they offered the son in the Darknet as if he was a prey. Everyone, who paid the monster couple, could **** the child. This was the beginning of a huge Darknet pedophile ring which busted last year.

Without the uncontrolled Bitcoin Darknet, all this people would never ever have the chance to commit such bestial crimes so easily. Many Bitcoiners would rather burn $1,000 in a striptease bar than to donate $1 to charity. Many of them care about nothing but the own wallet. It's true. Scroll through this forum!

No, not Google is the internet. The world of the DeepWeb and Darknet, that is 99% of the whole internet. What you are looking for on a daily base is only 1% of everything, that exists. That means, that 99% of all internet crime is committed in the Dark Net, and the only "currency" to pay for that crime, this is Bitcoin.

    Nothing else!

    Leopold
this is far from being a reason to spread FUD around Bitcoin, i belileve im my right to pay you any amount and not have banks and taxes or international limitations putting pressure on fees and prices. People have been sold into **** and slavery long before bitcoin arrived, using stuff like the silk road market to justify bitcoin promotes crime is a total nonsense. And i will explain you why, most hackers and people who do crimes and use bitcoin are at some point caught, this is because contrary to popular belief i can actually know who paid what when, the info is there is just have to know how and when to look. Wont go into further details.

My point is, in this regards using fiat currency makes actually more sense... also i dont believe the people would not take dollars also or even before bit coin, they had to take the kid or receive the rapist right? better be paid on cash like i told you its a lot more untraceable than BTC... your view is not well founded imho

    Stefan Hofrichter

Head of Global Economics & Strategy of Allianz Global Investors

"The hyperbolic price movements of bitcoin since its early 2009 inception have been very bubble-like in nature. When one compares bitcoin’s five-year price momentum (adjusted for inflation) against that of previous asset bubbles, bitcoin dwarfs the runners-up – the Mississippi bubble of 1720 and the Amsterdam Tulip Mania of 1637. And among more recent examples, bitcoin far surpasses the IT bubble of the 1990s and the Japan bubble of the 1980s."

"Between December 2017 and February 2018, bitcoin’s price fell by around half, but this probably isn’t the end of the bitcoin bubble. Bitcoin meets all of the essential criteria for any asset-class bubble, including overtrading, a lack of regulation and the potential for swindles [...] has no intrinsic value: it is a claim on nobody – unlike sovereign bonds, equities or paper money – and doesn’t generate any income."

"We don’t view bitcoin as a currency due to its high transaction costs, tremendous price volatility and inability to be a true store of value. We believe it’s a matter of when, not if, the bitcoin bubble will pop. Yet the blockchain technology that powers cryptocurrencies could bring significant benefits to investors.
    "

Black day for pusher: Twitter to ban Bitcoin Ads

After Facebook and Google now also Twitter will ban Bitcoin and Crypto Ads.

Even the bunch of desperate Bitcoin pusher cannot blame Twitter for being a "screaming frog", "no-coiner" or an idiot, because Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey is a strong supporter of Bitcoin and also the Boss of "Square", which integrated Bitcoin just a few weeks ago. He also invested into Lightning Labs. So he is not suspicious of being Anti-Crypto, on the contrary as the facts speaks for themselves.

So a successful business man and Bitcoin fan bans Bitcoin and Crypto Ad very soon at Anthony Weiner's wonderland, because he knows, that especially the Bitcoin crime is rising and in the meantime invading the internet on an uncontrolled level. Bitcoin pusher still try to deny that with "no-brain" arguments, but people with a clear mind and a social responsibility know exactly, what is going on.

It's time to go back to the golden days to invest into fine and honest soft ice cream machines. Then you know what you've got.
