Should get worse alongside viruses. My feeling is this will be a growing problem as the stomping ground of social networking increases. Never before has crackers had such good feeding grounds. Millions of people all at one place is truly priceless.

What gets me is the way people freely give out email addresses, I cant understand why anyone would be so naive as to tweet out with it in there. DUH!

I hear ya chips! However if they don't get via email then they will try via link. They have become so clever you would swear these links are coming from a trusted source.

I suppose if you plan on doing business online security should be your number 1 priority before all else. Attend Defcon 2009 conference and you would see how vulnerable people really are. Held in Vegas usually beginning of August. The knowledge you take home blows anything affiliate conference away. The best part unless you attend the knowledge is rarely leaked to the WWW.

That's kind of sucks though. Spammers really are boring and they find hard to tackle techniques to spam ~x(

    Yeah

Ill admit back in the day I was a hard core mailer. I did some neat tricks that would work to this day, such a auto open an email as long as it hit your inbox.

10 years ago you could make a fortune mailing. Is a different game now,and I am happy to say, out side of newsletters,no more emailing for me

I already expect that to happen. I mean, the popularity of twitter had widely spread throughout the globe. We saw many online business following twitter too. If there is a good effect on us, expect also for a negative issue especially spamming. So, we must be ready and get updates always.
