If someone signs in via your aff. do you receive any sort of e-mail confirmation?
I run a turnkey casino , but haven't received such mails, only notice it when I receive earnings on my account

No notice that I'm aware of. ;)
A couple of the programs send you an email when you have a new depositing player. Wager Junction, Rich Webmaster, and I don't know who else.
I don't think it's standard to recieve e-mail notification. If you had a busy site, your e-mail would fill quickly!
