    Great!
Affactive is Silver Member here so they should Look at this Guy and what he do and maybe they tell us some things about this Scammer. Normal every Affiliate Program with an little bit character have to close the Affiliate Accounts and do not pay any Cent to this Scammer.

    Hi,

We got in touch with the affiliate about this issue and now we are waiting for a response.

If this continues, we will disable his account. A deadline was also set.

this is not just an Issue! This As***** have hacked more than 600 of Typo3 Domains and place your Ads there and the Ads from Revenue Jet. We do not talk about an Issue, we Talk about an Crime! Normal this Affiliate Account have take down and the Name of this Scammer have to make Public and all other Affiliate Programs have to do the same when the Name is Public. Assholes like this bring the hole Gambling Scene in an more then Bad Light....

That's the only defence, because the chances, that the criminal is outside of the victims (Ocelot2) legal space, is very high.

By the way: The Federal Constitutional Court of Germany confirmed in a judgment, that criminals have no claim for privacy of their real and full name. They have to live with e.g. public warnings for their actions.

Don't ask the affiliate close the account immediately. There is no reason to hesitate unless this is acceptable.

Saw loads of these a few months ago, then they stopped, looks like they are back again.

Have you taken any action against the source of the hacks?

If your logs give you an indication of the ip or ip's where the hack came from you could block the ip or subnet of the source.
