    U.K. Betting Shops Reopen

The long awaited opening of betting shops in

albeit with some restrictions in place.
And as customers return to the shops,
there's talk of banning gambling adverts

Good to hear about the UK betting shops opening. It's high time it happened.

I really hope that I don't see this Sadiq Khan re-elected as the UK mayor next month. He obviously just wants to mess things up for our industry. Very disgusting.

And talk about GambleAware seeking a compulsory levy. As if 15.6 million pounds in donations is not enough for them. They're just greedy, and I find it completely ridiculous tbh.

Regulation is a good thing. But over-regulation is just stifling.

It's just as bad as needing to pay off some official just to get a basic permit, or needing to pay off the local thugs so at your shop window doesn't get smashed.
