UK Casino Club / Casino Rewards denies a 10K payout - RESOLVED

As I mentioned in my last post, the T&Cs are being reviewed.

Keep in mind that we have 19 casinos all available in over 15 languages with an even higher number of websites, and the guys are trying to organise it so that all of the casinos can pull from one place so that if one is updated all of them will be updated to avoid any discrepancies or missing terms.

As you can imagine (as I'm sure you would know if you're a coder) it is a big job, so it takes time. I was told the other day that the project is in progress, and that all of the T&Cs will be on one page, including the sign up bonus specific T&Cs.

Once it has been completed, or I have any NEW information, I'll update the thread as I mentioned last time.

Looks like simple .php coding job to me , We have two super audio books websites and have about 40 websites that pull from same DB just needs to have the file in their 'include' folder or however you guys have it set up.
In terms of max cashouts I have hard time promoting casinos who have them because as a player just a couple months ago took me 3 weeks to get paid $17,000 on a Playtech Casino.I won't single out rewards for this because there are MANY who do it .

Well, considering our sites are in classic asp, it may be a bigger php job if we were to go that way since we would have to convert the whole site first to php

I understand what you're trying to say though, and it's the same in classic ASP. It's just a matter of getting all the information in the right places first.. the sites being spread across different servers in different part of the world does not help either.

I think the main thing to consider is that if you rush a job like this, the players will suffer, so they need to make sure they do it properly.

To confirm exactly what is going to happen:

The "Sign Up Bonus" page which was the cause of most of the issues will only contain instructions on the sign up bonus. It will not contain any T&Cs. The T&Cs from that page will be moved to the T&Cs page and a link will be under the instructions pointing the player to the T&Cs page if they happen to come across that page.

I have been told today that the timeframe they are looking at for this is 2 weeks now, but they are hoping it will be rolled out sooner than that. I was told that the Risk Management Manager made some notes which need to be approved and finalised.

I will post again if I get any new information/once the site has been updated.. whichever comes first. I hope thats satisfactory? If there are any delays I will let everyone know.
