Default UK study says legalizing online gaming in the US would create 32k jobs

Not sure if anyone has seen this, but it's an interesting perspective.

    Interesting article, good find!

I don't think it's much of a secret that opening up the US market would not only create jobs, but also create a load of tax dollars for the government.

Once they become a bit more desperate for funding, they will push this through.

Lots of red tape holding this one up IMO

Job creation, tax dollars, huge amounts of money we're talking here. Really just a matter of time.

That's true. Hope that the government talks about the legalization issue for one more time..

I recently saw that article. The study was fascinating. It not only projected that the internet gambling industry would create 32k jobs, but it also estimated that it would generate $57.5 billion (in five years) in tax revenue for the US government. Previous reports projected is would bring in way less.
