Unfortunately payment problems again (May 2016 earnings)

Just a quick post as I'm off on hols tomorrow and was hoping to have this matter sorted before I went away.

I was paid a tiny fraction of my reported earnings for May and brought it up with Dan who admitted there was a problem right away with a few others too.

Apparently the errors have been figured out and a new payment report is being re-drafted and sent to accounting but it's not clear when this will be now (previously I was advised it would be this week).

I'm hoping this will be done soon and really hoped not to feel the need to put it on the forums.

I will leave the issue here until resolved but I'm a little disappointed that this isn't the first time and there's rarely any exact dates of when things will get done (unlike most other programs).

Anyway, just thought others might want to know my experiences in case you'd had similar as I was advised earlier.

With us happend exactly the same. We got a small part of our may commision on the 20th of June. It is not a problem that something went wrong. Just can not understand that it is not possible to solve such issue within 7 days and transfer the missing money.

We didn't receive anything and Dan said our wire has not been sent yet.Last time we got a payment on time was October ,2015.Yes it is true they ALWAYS pay but is getting a bit old month after month for same situation.

Yes - I agree completely. I understand sometimes mistakes are made but surely they should have been fixed by now. I was told before I left for holiday that this would maybe be sorted over the weekend and of course as soon as it is I said I will post as such - however here we are now on Tuesday and still nada .... bit disappointing but guess I'll just leave it and wait and see.. the next time I post will just to confirm (the correct) payment has been received.

Dear all,

I received a Skype message early this morning (29th June) saying that my payment has been made. I was sleeping by then but checked just now and now can confirm that my payments from Ace Revenue are now fully paid.

I hope the same will be true for the others of you waiting and of course that these situations don't happen again (at least not too soon anyway!)

Now back to enjoying my hols. I'll not be posting anything further on this subject as for me the matter is closed.

Glad your payment was received. Ace did tell me they were currently processing payments, I will wait until everyone who posted in the thread is paid before marking it resolved.

I haven't received payment either, and the contact form on the Ace Revenue site is useless.

I'm also awaiting my May 2016 Payment. I really hope they sort it all out very soon.

I know that they are better than this.

still waiting for payment ...

I have delays EVERY month and feel like I have to fight for my money each and every month. Lately I have not been getting credit for new players as every month they say I had default players from previous months wipe out any new ones. This has gone for the last 3 or 4 months.

In the end I will say I have ALWAYS been paid, even though per my records it is short a lot, but they claim it is due to exchange rates or something else. Never a huge amount, but over a year it has added up to be quite a bit.

I hope everyone here gets paid, I do suspect they will but I am starting to get a little worried about the program. This particular month will a good test to see what happens for me personally. I had a player win a lot at the end of June and lose it back in the beginning of this month. As a result I have a balance for July that is bigger than it has ever been and I am really hoping I end up getting it and paid but we will see if a chargeback or something mysteriously appears. If I do get it will make up for the BS in the past.

Dan does seem to really try to take care of everyone and like I say I have always ended up being paid. Sorry for the long post, a lot of frustration built up over the last few months! Ha!

Just FYI I finally did receive this payment so Juji is all caught up on my end. It looks like they did send a wire earlier this month around the 15th but it was returned due to not having all the required information but they did resend it and I got it yesterday.
