In Kindred Affiliate (with NCO), from October every month I end up in the red.

It is a 'merit' of one player who constantly wins in sports betting.

I know the bookmaker and I know that after a month or two he should get a limit on the game.

One month ago I asked my manager about this situation. He answered me, that player already has a limit!

He wins a lot of money and has already been credited for some time.

From October he won ~10k Euro (only in sportsbook).

He bets every day, so they are not selected matches.

This month he has already won 660 Euro...

Is it possible?

Any idea how resolve this problem?

Get NCO removed from the account, I don't think we've ever had NCO on our Unibet account.

You could ask them to ring fence that player into a new account, they have done that before.

Yes, it is completely normal to win 10K Eur over half a year even with limited account. It is pretty small money. Zero concern for me it would be. I had players who won much more at Unibet. Also I had negative month and I had it reset, but not sure how they handle it now.

I don't see anything weird here. Winning 10k over the course of several months is totally normal. The bookmaker also shouldn't apply limit just for such winning amount.

Bookmakers should ideally not impose limits based on any amount won, because then they restrict the most valuable players. The limits should be based on what the person is betting on and when.

I had an account that did have a negative carry over. A player turned $500 into over $100k in two months. I contacted the book and they would remove the customer from my account if I wanted. I thought about it and decided that a legit book would win over time so I just waited it out. It took 4 months but he finally put it all back and now it is profitable again.

In the long run the numbers favor you and the book.
