The data in this post for me is proof, that the people working at AffBinary have knowledge about the dirty actions from AffEurope, because the connections of at least the affiliate director are going straight to the casino section too as you can see. The people from AffBinary can't say, that it's a "different company" or "different department". And you can see with this example, this industry is everything but open-minded, honest and transparent towards (especially) the (small and medium) webmaster.

And no one can be surprised if governments are doing everything to stop online casino business. No wonder, if some programs and their strawmen acting like the Mafia.

If you were suspected as mis-handling personal information in the UK like this then you would be subject to sanctions under the Data Protection Act. It seems that other countries just do not have much in the way of data protection laws. Either that, or they're not stringently applied.

I would never sell on or pass on a personal details list, not even just email addresses (and I have offers every week to purchase my mailing lists!), because if it came back to me I'd possibly be doing jail time. It seems a lot of casinos, affiliates, and other operations not based in the UK seem pretty happy to lower their tactics when it comes to making money and getting sales.

I know we all get these unwanted contacts all the time, but if we expose these people on the forums then the effectiveness of them taking stolen/copied/bought mailing lists will become ineffective. This morning I've had unsolicited emails from these two guys, check out the arrogance of the second:

Thinking next time I go to an IGB conference to register with a different name, unique email address, and have separate email addresses @ my company to channel out the spam and see where it's getting passed on. Friend of mine uses a new email address for every different thing he signs up to, all channelled to the same forward ultimately, but at least he can see then when a company or organisation has leaked/sold/passed on his information without his consent.
