Updating details in new system
Went in to check my details were transferred across correctly and a few required fields were missing information. Entered them and tried to click the Submit button and it's not clickable. Anyone else having a problem?
Also, should the Company be a required field? Not all people operate with a company structure.

Apologies for the inconvenience with this - the bug is now sorted so you can update your details.
Also, noted regarding the Company field, I will edit this to be optional.

Thanks Fotis. Button now works, although a couple of other issues. I entered my own security question and answer and not sure if they saved, however, the fields appear blank when the screen refreshes after clicking Submit. Secondly, I had to update payment details and it didn't save my NETeller email address. It just kept my contact email address in there which is not the same as my NETeller email address.

Thanks for the heads-up, we will bring this up with Income Access - there is still the odd bug that we are ironing out. If you notice anything else, please let us know.

That's cool Tom. I'll send through an invoice for my consulting shortly... Only kidding.
It does seem like a few mapping problems from the old to new systems. Perhaps people should probably be reminded to check their details as it might cause issues at your end especially with payments. My payment option was Click2Pay and I have never used that (not even a member) and appears to have just taken the first in the list. Like I said, not big issues and you seem to be on top of things anyway.
