    Hi Everyone

I am Vlad - an affiliate manager of Playamo casino.

Just signed up to say Playamo doesn`t have any connections with this group of scammers.

We have found out who it was and closed the affiliate account forever.

    Best,

    Playamo team

It's like 'spam'... I filter ALL my mail, but then the spammers change tactics to outsmart the filters. And, we play the cat-mouse game again. The only way these hacks will stop, is when programs refuse to pay these criminals. But that wont happen, cause most of the casinos on these hacked pages are operated by criminals just like the hacker(s).

The 7 voters, who voted for "no" ...
Either they were drunk during voting and had no longer control over the mouse pad or they did not passed the mental health test or finally they are members of that criminal network.
I can't find any other explanation.

So that we do not misunderstand each other:
I do not want, that they change their vote.
I only ask for a medical examination.

Interestingly, a person who has been outed for adding a back door to a somewhat popular wordpress plugin has ties to our industry.

When I got into being a casino affiliates (years ago) practically everyone knew everyone. It was a tight community. While we were ALL competing against each other for traffic, there was always an unwritten law where were held a level of professional ethics, and etiquette. Dodgy conduct such as Black Hat, and other actions were frowned upon - you'd be outed if you did anything which wasn't ethical.

These days however things have changed. Those changes came about when affiliates no longer needed to know how to code. So the masses could now promote casinos etc. I'm not saying everyone who can't code, hasn't got their heart in it for the right reasons.

But, it has certainly allowed an element of dubious affiliates to enter this vertical. And, with the masses now doing it, the playing field (us old timers) embraced and supported, has unfortunately, in most part, become obsolete.

Granted this WP plugin was programmed to contain malicious coding. However my point is, in a close community, things like this are generally discovered sooner, than later. And, subsequently the truth surfaces. Maybe as whole we've dropped the 'ball' in some ways. Maybe we need to be little more vigilant these days. I also think gaming entities etc., need to own their part in these issues too.

We throw around words like transparency, accountability, integrity and such.
But unless we ALL take action on these, then they will always only ever be words without teeth.

    Just my 2 cents worth

Really impressive and even so more appreciated to see just how everybody is doing what they can to root our this cancer.

And, that there is actually an effect and improvement to be seen.

If anyone comes across any hacked sites please send to me. I have programs that were on the sites in the past stating they will cut ties with hackers and I want to put that to the test.

Thats why you see more and more gaming authorities who will be holding the casinos responsible for this kind of behaviour.

In future casinos will be forced to only work with trusted affiliates this way...else they will loose their licenses and risk huge fines.

Yep, this kind of jokers are partly responsible for more and more rules and other crap.
