Arrow US Affiliate Payment Option(s) - Invoice required now? Still wire only now or not?

I received an email from my aff manager Clara on Thursday asking me if I wanted to receive my March earnings by wire or by Moneybookers. (I had not yet made any cash out request in the account.) However, I had already tried Moneybookers last summer and it had been rejected while lingering on the Affactive system as being "in process" for a while, for "Policy problems, since the account doesn’t accept money from casinos" according to a July email from Clara about it then. This naturally left me with only one option, wire. I see the issue of options for US affiliates had also already been discussed in May 2011 over at AGD ("Payment Options for US Affs?" - http : // www . affiliateguarddog . com/forums/payment-options-us-affs-t4109.html).

In light of Clara's email Thursday presenting the two options, I wrote back to her asking for clarification (Clara-fication? ) to confirm whether Moneybookers was now definitely a viable option for me, which would be preferable to wire, but I have not heard back yet. Another new twist, however, was that Clara also said that if I wanted to receive the payment by wire, an invoice would be required made out to a certain entity with a physical address in the BVI. Since she did not mention whether what was being required is a physical piece of paper mail sent to the address, or if an email invoice to her merely made out to the entity would suffice, I wrote back again on Friday. I guess since it's the weekend I won't be expecting any reply, so I decided to bring this up here.

So what's going on with this unusual new invoice request? Is it for all affiliates, or US affiliates only? Have others received the same request, which I would expect would be the case? Is an email invoice sufficient, or does it have to be physical paper mail? Also, since I was presented with the two options this time, and in light of what already happened during the summer, is it now the case that Moneybookers is finally okay for US aff's with Affactive? To be honest it really seems to me that MB should have always been ok to begin with, which I had also written about back in July, since we're only talking about a commercial compensation for services from one marketing organization or entity to another.

    Hi,

First regarding the MB- i assume she missed your location, but indeed MB is not an option.

For wire, our bank requires an invoice. It's for all wires and just needs to be a PDF file with the details (or word and we will transform it). If you need, we can assist you with that.

    Best regards,
    Daniel

Hi - Okay, thanks. Well, too bad it's still a no go on MB for US then, which would've been nice. Would be great if you were able to get an easy ACH option, but personally I definitely wouldn't want PaySpark as was mentioned in the AGD thread. Cheers, John
