US Casinos For European Players?

This might seem like an odd questions but I was wondering if someone has any ideas on how well casinos that accept US players convert for non US players?

The reason I am asking is that I have a mixed sports and gambling website and get European and US traffic. In terms of banner advertising, would you suggest to geo target specific to the US and show different banners for European traffic. Obviously it would be easier to have one banner that fits all.

Any suggestion or experience with the below casinos and European players are welcome

Based upon your list my choices would be:
Casino Coins (Retention)
Best Casino Partners (Conversion)

CWC Affiliates - Affiliate Edge (retention and conversion)
C-Planet (retention)
Mainstreet (retention)

Also good to note is the type of European traffic you get. If say you were getting a lot of traffic from SA then the choices might be different since you would want to advertise Rands instead of Pounds.....

Also good to note is that my choices are NOT gonna match the choices of others so a good bit of testing is in order.

Since my traffic numbers are not slanted toward the European market as heavily as some, I am interested in what a few others have to say about this as well.

The only thing I, as an european player, would be concerned about would be where they hold their license. If you can find a casino / poker room accepting US players, BUT still holding EU license, would be great.

Living in Scandinavia, if I would win huge, I should pay ~50% taxes unless the poker room / casino held EU license. At least where I come from...
