    Default US Internet Gaming Laws

    Hi Guys,

Does anyone have a link to where I can find the US Laws as they pertain to internet gambling? I haven't been able to find anything on a .gov site. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Steve

    Stevcha,

I see that you are in FL.

Lawrence Walters has an office here in Orlando. He is very well versed in Gaming Law and occassionally speaks at some of the Gambling Conferences.

If an affiliate program is not small affiliate friendly (especially small US Affiliate), then they are NOT Affiliate Friendly!

    Thanks for the info!!

    Rick,

I noticed that you're in Central FL. If you don't mind me asking what steps have you taken to protect your company regarding the US Laws? Do you primarily run a portal site and use affiliate links? Thanks again.

In our logs I often see where the US-DOJ has been snooping around (or someone in the US-DOJ just wants to find a good place to gamble... hehe).

I guess if the US government is gonna come get you, there is not much you can do to stop them, other than to not participate in the online gambling industry.
