US market collaboration

Hi guys and girls. I am looking in to potential partnerships with people to be involved in some US facing, regulated states sites.

Ideally affiliates from the UK who are interested in the US market and who can help launch and be involved in several sites over there. We already have a few in place and plans for lots more, but the US is so big, diverse and growing - I want to make a team to attack it. I am looking to partner up with a few more people to maximise the potential.
