Net neutrality has been in effect since February 2015 (government control) and you're right the last ten years hasn't been that terrible. Now that the politicians and corporations have set it aside you'll have to wait and see if it gets better or worse. A bit like Trumps much promised "tax cuts" for the poor that only benefited the corporations and the rich in the end.

Paying 0 in taxes for a higher bracket did not help the poor? Creating record jobs did not help, having the highest ever recorded employment for minorities did not help huh? Maybe my calculator broke adding extra places to my government mandated health care that covers me in case i get myself pregnant or i feel like having a sex change. Also its been gone for over a hear and my speeds are much better, got to love Capitalism.
