USBetting.net for sale!
The upcoming expansion of sports betting and gambling in general is starting to really heat up in the US - and we have seen a big uptick in interest of US related domains. For example, two weeks ago we sold USBetting.org for $15,000 on SEDO.
We received an offer of $9,000 for USBetting.net on SEDO as well, but the fees are excessive there and prefer to sell privately and direct to the user to avoid those fees. (Our sale of USBetting.org only netted us $12,750 - crazy fees!).
That all said, USBetting.net is for sale here at GPWA!
Minimum Offer: $15,000
Buy It Now: $30,000
We have no need to sell, may consider developing for a higher sales price if we don't sell the domain outright, but are happy to let it go in this price range - if any qualified buyers are interested please feel free to reach out!
I generally prefer to use Escrow.com, split fees between buyer/seller. I will also accept Bitcoin, bank wire, or paypal if the buyer splits fees.

The one that must be worth millions then is usbetting.com
I use sedo to buy and sell. Yes the fees are high, but they are a fantastic escrow service. It all works very well and they deserve the fees. My advice is simply to add the fees to your asking price to start with and then don't budge. You then wont be disappointed with the sale price. Sedo is much safer for both seller and buyer than dealing under the counter on a forum with somebody you dont know. With Sedo neither seller or buyer will lose any money. If the domain fails to be transferred to the buyer then the deal is off and the buyer gets their money back. It is the only way I'd do either buying or selling. Beware any other way. No I dont own shares at Sedo, but I do have a list of domains for sale there.

I too have always felt that the fees at Sedo were high, but buying or selling to some trusted members here I can see as a way to avoid some of those fees.
However, this thread should get back on track, if anyone is interested in purchasing

Sedo can justify the fees they get because it’s a search vessel for buyers, I buy there too. However I’d like to point out that escrow.com is equally (more?) safe for much cheaper. I’m done numerous six figure transactions there where the fee was less than I paid sedo on the last 15k sale I made.
Anyone interested please feel free to reach out!

Lowering BIN to $25,000 - if a min offer of $15,000 is made it will trigger a sale unless there is a counter offer within 48 hours. Last bump on this, we will keep or build or explore other options otherwise.
