    Dear mickey417,

We have not received any emails from you.

To start with, Videoslots.com are NOT scammers and we DO NOT cheat our affiliates.

Videoslots.com was recently merged with Dbet.com (Diamondbet.com). If you had an account at Dbet.com this account has been transferred to Videoslots.com. All players are still tracked to their affiliates and commission is paid the 7th of each month. If you had one account at Dbet.com and one at Videoslots.com these two have been merged into one and your old account has been closed and all players transferred to your new account. You should have received an email informing you about this if this was your case. If you still are experiencing problems to login, you can contact affiliates[at]videoslots.com or send us a PM here and we will resolve it for you. Please make sure to give us your correct login details.

    Best regards,

    Lucas

Do you have proof of spamming player accounts

when you say closing of accounts was this your affiliate account or closing of a player account?

Reading your email doesn't tell enough information if this is true or just your opinion.

Yes you are right, we had some complaint regarding our bonus terms. But if you don't like our bonus terms, you shouldn't signup for the bonus.

But if you don't like our bonus terms
9 of 10 online casino players don't linke bonus terms because of not reading them.
But this is an (unfortunate) story in itself.

Dear Mr. Luckas, I have two questions for you which I expect you to fully respond:

    1. How about that fake Ecogra emblem posted a while ago on your videoslots website ? And for what was the "we are approved by Ecogra" statement ?

    2. Your bonus terms ARE BUILT TO BE BROKEN ! I`ll show you the term: "All winnings from a bonus qualification period will be forfeited if .. wagering more than 10% of the remaining bonus amount available on your account in a single bet (maximum €10) during a bonus qualifying game." - Explanation:

QUESTION - When the player is down to as low as 9 cents (yes, 0.09€) HOW THE FU*K HE CAN NOT BROKE THAT STUPID BONUS RULE ? (you tell me!)

You have GOT to be kidding me. With a reply like that how do you still hold a job Lucas?

You retroactively change the terms and conditions as proven by deucebag on casinomeister.com and this is an acceptable practice in your eyes?

Holy cow, *Edited to remove the personal attack I did*

I want answers as to why videoslots.com, with bad T&Cs from the get go, can confiscate winnings of a player when he met them and actually won.

    Hello Magenti,

The case you are referring to is regarding the player deucebag and it was in January 2012. It was a mistake from our side and the player was repaid as you can see if you read the full tread at Casinomeister. We had a problem with our cache function, so the actually terms was updated 12 hours after the bonus was activated. We didnt know about this issue until it was too late.

    Dear PlayHunter,

    1. Ecogra have two different options for gaming companies. We have one of them, we put up the wrong logo for our option by mistake. This have been corrected.

    2. If you read the full bonus terms you could see that you were always allowed to bet 3 euro regardless of your remaining bonus amount.

But our bonus terms have been updated since then:
    • wagering more than 100% of the bonus amount in a single bet ( maximum €10 ) during a bonus qualifying game.

Is it not nice when bonus terms are so wonderfully simple and understandable?

I may have been hasty with my reply but things like these infuriates me something insane. Casinos who think they can act anyway they want.

I also did not check to see if it was resolved or not in the end,I just glanced at it, so that is another bad on my end as well as the targeting of Alexander who, it turns out, contacted the player, reinstated the winnings and solved the problem.

I should have had my coffee and then read through it instead of insta replying. Alex actually contacted me directly and explained it.

Question. Were the players notified by email that the changes had been made even if it was 12 hours before? The T&C change was not a small one.

    Hi Pierre,

I am sorry but i cannot really help you with this.

I spoke to fraud and security, and they have recognised your name, and i looked in to both of your accounts and i can see that you have made deposits in both accounts during the same month, and you have used bonuses with both of them. This is a clear breach of our terms and conditions.

    Kind Regards,
    Lucas
