    Thumbs down VideoSlots.com - Anyone Have Support Contact?

    Hi everyone;

    In order to write authentic and honest casino reviews I always open a player account with a brand before promoting it on my site. My experience with VideoSlots.com has not been a good one and now I am in a situation where my account cannot be verified, meaning they will not allow me to withdraw my own money.

    The casino has requested from me:
    -2 separate documents to prove my identity and address - twice what other casinos ask for. These were sent and approved
    -Photographs of ALL credit cards ever used. I have used two, one has since been approved but the other card has canceled and now I have to provide proof that I owned the card even though I don't use it anymore.
    -Screenshot of my Instadebit account (a popular eWallet for Canadian gamers) - I have sent this in multiple times with the account ID and email clearly showing with my address and phone number but they refuse to accept it because it is not a bank statement.

    In speaking with support I have been told that a copy of my bank statement with full account number showing is required, even if I am not using it to deposit or withdraw. I have been told that my Instadebit screenshot must actually be my bank statement but this is suspicious because the casino has no way to know whether my Instadebit account is linked to a particular bank account.

    I have taken the matter to Kim Lindsjö, an affiliate manager, and she has assured me that a bank statement is not required but is unable to assist further or provide a contact who can help.

    I've never had to jump through hoops like this to verify a casino account and I sure don't want to promote a brand that makes it this difficult for players to withdraw their rightful winnings. Huge red flag.

    Curious if any GPWA members have a contact (other than Kim or the generic support email) for this casino? Also curious what other players' experiences have been like at VideoSlots.com?

    Thanks for the suggestion, Bookies. I was able to get in touch with a VideoSlots.com rep via private message. Manual intervention was required to approve the Instadebit screenshot, however, they are now rejecting the image of my credit card even though it meets all criteria (first/last digits, expiry, name, and all 4 corners showing). I asked the same casino rep for advice but have not received a reply in 6 days.

    I know that Casinomeister is well respected in our industry but I cannot fathom how they awarded this casino their highest rating. The level of support I have received as a player is far below that of any other casino I am a member of and no casino has made verification and payment of winnings this difficult. Definitely will be listing this casino as one to avoid.

    Looking through the long thread on them over there, there seems to be a lot of complaints about them.
