    Unfortunately, we’ve experienced technical issues in processing the payments for April, and due to this we are unable to have all payments settled by the end of this month.

    We are doing our best to ensure all payments are settled and we expect this to be finalized in the coming days.

    Be sure you have entered your banking details since they migrated to Videoslots, I just noticed our banking details were missing so I assume payment will now not be until end of June.

    Still waiting on May's payment, has anyone received it yet?

    I aslo didn't notice about the bank details, and added them on the 30th May. Hopefully that was enough time, but may well be end of June now.

    Nothing received for me as yet. They also haven't transferred my stats/customers etc from the old platform to the new one as yet, and they are still not responding to my emails.

    Good luck with it. I think my stats have been transferred over all ok so far! Kim would always get back to me eventuually with previous queries on the affiliates@ address, but not heard back on any queries since early last month now. Hope they sort yours soon.

    No payment for me.....
    Video Slots and Mr Vegas moved to their new affiliate platform in May, I was owed
    €800, and this just vanished from my account, I enquired, and got the following response;

    "Gianluca (Videoslots)
    Hi, you dont see commission due to the quality of traffic which isnt reaching the requirements for have commission. Hope this helps "

    I have asked for clarification of which section of the Affiliate Terms and Conditions they are referring to when they have sent this email to me, but the response suggests a total disrespect for affiliates.

    yeah, let us know what they say please!

    Only time payment was not made was a couple of year back and IIRC it was due to not sending 3 players within three months, but I did get the payment once I'd restarted sending the players.

    We havn't had experience on delayed payments, but we've assumed that they're struggling a bit, since they're only offering pure RS%-deals at this time, and between may - early august, they didn't take in new affiliates in Scandinavia.
