VIP PROFITS not paying US affiliates??

Does anyone else have a problem with VIP Profits not paying? VIP owes me $503 for January, and after several excuses they sent a message saying that January payments have been sent, but after several days-- I still have NO MONEY. What can be done about this? I thought VIP Profits was supposed to be one of the better affiliate programs. I don't buy the excuses they've been giving; they had NO problem taking the players money.

Actually the Affiliate Manager told me that my payment was sent last Thursday (3/1), but he didn't have a tracking number (BS).

Please any wisdom would be appreciated!

I haven't received any money yet either. They have had major problems getting payments across - I had to jump through hoops and wait over a week to receive funds from my player account.

First, make sure to check your profile. Your only option is to be sent a paper check. They changed options a few times, so make sure you are set to receive a check.

Second - wait. VIP will get your money to you... they are just in no rush to send out money. I'm very disappointed with this group, especially since the Aff manager seems to have no say or knowledge of what is actually going on.

I recieved my January check on Thursday via fedex.

I'd called Mario several times and was told that there were major problems and that all of the US check request were being handled by a single company who was extremely understaffed and was having trouble getting the checks out.

Like I said, I finally did get paid, my check came from a company in Boca Raton Florida.

Just a suggestion .... why dont you ask one of the GPWA staff to contact VIP Profits and ask them to do a small investigation about what is going on.... maybe they would be able to help you out!

Yeah thanks guys. I thought I was being pretty patient. I called Mario 3/1, and he told me payment was sent but he didn't have a tracking #. OK, payment is supposed to be received within 48 hours, so I waited all last week... no check. I tried to call again, can't get thru->VM. So, I sent an e-mail and I stepped on Mario's toes. He didn't like it but I got some definitive answers like an UPS tracking number instead of FedEX. So hopefully I will receive a check this week.

The V.I.P group has never done well for me, They're stats are hard to keep track of and in my opinion, borderline false. They even went as far as giving me the option for what i though was a cpa account but it turned out to be 10% of a new players initial deposit.

10% of any new players initial deposit? Why would anybody sign up with that? I obviously read it wrong when I added their program to my site. Why would any affiliate want 10% of an initial deposit when they can recieve 25% on all deposits including the first one ? basicly they worded it to make people think it was a CPA when it was not. I took them off every site I have right after I found that out.

My advice would be to avoid these guys and go with other affiliate programs that offer proper tracking of players and other tools.

Mario announced he was leaving VIP, effective tomorrow... so payments may be even more difficult to track down, now. Should be an announcement as to the future direction of the program tomorrow. I'm a bit concerned they are going to pull the plug, but hoping that isn't the case.
