I'm fairly certain they are not licenced in Curacao. I've never seen any reference to the master licence holder. Last I knew, they had the "Costa Rica" business licence.

You are correct Shay, they started with the Costa Rica business license. They now have a Curaçao eGaming license. License Number: 1668/JAZ
They will get the license information up on their sites shortly.

When (what date) did they receive this "licence"? One of the few conditions for such thing is displaying the seal and linking to it.
@Colin, if that is their licence number, then the point of contact for their regulatory body can be found here.

Thats not even a master license, its owned by http://www.polologaming.com/ and shared by quite a few sites. As Shay asks, when were they granted this license?
They just recently got it, that is why it is not even on the sites yet.
Feel free to contact Fabiola directly, she can answer any questions you have regarding their affiliate program.

so as they can't be bothered to answer, presumably they haven't had any sort of gaming license until the other day, so how were they a sponsor?
You keep asking the same question you already have the answer for. They had the Costa Rica business license, just like many other sites that accept U.S. players that operate out of Costa Rica.

Hi All, having read through the thread I think that it is important for me to remind you of the key elements that have maintained Vista Gaming’s position as a trusted partner within the industry for over 20 years. Vista Gaming has and will always operate within the rules and regulations and the trust and respect of our many affiliate and other business partners that has been built around this is testament to our commitment to this.
We have been licensed under the Curacao jurisdiction for a while and this is fully validated. You can verify this for yourselves should you wish to: https://validator.curacao-egaming.co...1-9bc0a5072a07.
From an affiliate perfective (in my opinion) the most important aspect is how we behave towards our partners and the traffic that they generate. Vista Gaming prides itself on a 1st class level of service and a reliability for honest and open discussion with any affiliate questions that our partners may have.
So far as I am aware, our affiliate partners have not complained with regard to Vista Gaming’s level of service or any other aspect of our affiliate program.
We are always open to discussion and would not be where we are if we had not done so over the last 20 years, however, I do not see what is to be achieved by entering into this discussion by repeating facts that have already been answered within this post.
If any of our affiliates or potential new partners wish to contact me directly for a private conversation regarding our license or any other questions that you may have regarding Vista Gaming, then please feel free to do so. I am happy to answer any questions that you may have.
well you obviously don't as you were accepting UK customers without a UK license.
yet it was stated above you have only just got your license, and that page says nothing about when it was granted. We have been licensed under the Curacao jurisdiction for a while and this is fully validated. Who is correct?
Yet you couldn't be bothered to reply to my email asking why my account was locked? I know it was mentioned above but I still haven't had a reply. From an affiliate perfective (in my opinion) the most important aspect is how we behave towards our partners and the traffic that they generate.
