Default Wager Share refuses to honor subaffiliate from Betway after merge

WS took over Betway and Gnuf, I have a sub affiliate under me from Betway that gives me regular monthly earnings. I was just informed that WS will not honor this sub under me because this sub is already an affiliate of WS.

I was told that it would not be profitable for them to pay me a percentage of his earnings.

Now, to me, I see it as though I got this guy to sign up under me, he is now going to be under WS and WS will be earning more money because of his Betway earnings. So to pay me the 10% I agreed with under Betway terms, is not taking a dime from them, in fact they are earning more money due to a sub under me.

At worst, they should compensate me in a lump sum...either way, I deserve to be compensated, and rightfully in the way I was compensated at Betway, WS took over Betway, and their affiliates, and the agreements they had with their affiliates.

I wonder if the Palace Group realize their affiliate management is treating the people that bring players to their doors, the way they are treating me.

Please make everyone aware of this.....it looks like they are not going to budge and when I asked to speak to someone at the top, I was told it didn't matter, I would get the same answer and they aren't going to stick to their agreement.

Hmmmm, this is not looking good. I also have my doubts are all of my Betway players moved to WS since in last couple of years I brought hundreds of players to Betway but now can see only few are marked as active this month - approx 30% from what it used to be...

I think wager share need to hurry up and respond to this. I for one will be placing them on a blacklist if they don't respond soon!

It is about time programs took the sub-affiliate side of the business seriously. It all well and good to advertise a sub-affiliate program, however, little energy is given to actually administering it. This is a classic example and Wagershare need to step up and honour the agreement. Obviously Ellen is open to discussion if a lump sum payment would help resolve the issue.

In the end it may be very unprofitable for Wagershare not to pay the sub-affiliate earnings.

Easy target for shaving ... I remember Lou always talking about his hundreds upon hundreds of referrals he had gotten via CAP, yet the way he talked he never really made much from them. I've done very well the last 10 years, but the affiliates who I signed up under never seen a dime for more than one program.

hi Arkyt haven't heard from you in ages!!! Hope you are well!

I am still waiting for a response. The logical thing to do would be for them to manually adjust the earnings from Betway players and pay me that percentage, I don't expect anything more....

And yes, lump sum would possibly be okay but it would have to be somewhere around a 2 year average....I haven't thought a whole lot about it.

Either way, they need to step up and soon, they are looking extremely unethical.

I was told they won't budge. I wasn't told about this until March 23rd and I was just told I won't be paid for March earnings, so it's backdated now, they can't wait to take my money unbelievable

loads of issues in this niche are full of BS firms and companys that simply wont give true value to the ones doing the hard pushing... im sorry for your case tramp...

Anyway over the years i have seen a lot of firms blacklisted but lots of the big boys keep supporting them making our bans less usefull... im reminding myself of all the folks that ended up with unusable accounts and broken stats because a program changes platform and cant make it work... the response of most programs is just get new guys in the ring and kick out the old affiliates, or invest in third party firms or big affiliates like PAW or PAS... makes me really sick this kind of BS in a billion industry its not like they dont have great profit margins to pay us anyway...

Would you believe I am still in this same boat with these guys? Every single forum and mediator has tried and they either don't respond or just say they aren't doing it, I have no clue how these guys are in business and to top it off, I had players at Gnuf and Betway (not subs but players) and now see no one, they've all disappeared....

This is not good, but this is the world we are living in. But honestly in this case there is no WS fault, you must blame the GNUF and Betway owners who sold the company to WagerShare and took all the money.

If someone know the owners of GNUF and Betway - please post the names or (and) the casinos they'r managing now.

Yep, you are somewhat right...WS was supposed to honor the affiliate agreement we had prior to them taking over. Betway and Gnuf aren't responsible to pay me monthly, WS is, I think??? confused..

Depends on their contracts and how these casinos were sold. Logically yes, WS must honor and must pay you. But they don't have a multi-tier scheme and never had.. so I guess GNUF and Betway knew what will (or can) happen to sub-affiliates and perhaps with the players database.
