Default Wager Share refuses to honor subaffiliate from Betway after merge

I posted this in a few forums and just realized we had this forum which includes arbitrations...sorry for posting in so many forums but I am begging for help and comments:

WS took over Betway and Gnuf, I have a sub affiliate under me from Betway that gives me regular monthly earnings. I was just informed that WS will not honor this sub under me because this sub is already an affiliate of WS.

I was told that it would not be profitable for them to pay me a percentage of his earnings.

Now, to me, I see it as though I got this guy to sign up under me, he is now going to be under WS and WS will be earning more money because of his Betway earnings. So to pay me the 10% I agreed with under Betway terms, is not taking a dime from them, in fact they are earning more money due to a sub under me.

At worst, they should compensate me in a lump sum...either way, I deserve to be compensated, and rightfully in the way I was compensated at Betway, WS took over Betway, and their affiliates, and the agreements they had with their affiliates.

I wonder if the Palace Group realize their affiliate management is treating the people that bring players to their doors, the way they are treating me.

Please make everyone aware of this.....it looks like they are not going to budge and when I asked to speak to someone at the top, I was told it didn't matter, I would get the same answer and they aren't going to stick to their agreement.

Update: I was told they are not even paying me for March earnings even though I wasn't made aware of this fraudulent decision until March 23rd! I was told they won't budge, they wont' settle for anything, no discussion.

I have been with the program for years. When Tim Whyles ran it, I was always paid. Adam, the new affiliate manager, says he wired my commission. No bank has received it. And Adam isn't answering emails. Sound familar?

Affiliates, stay away from WS. Will ofcourse update if I ever see my commissions - will be glad to.

yes, Adam has not replied to me either....it makes me sick that after so many years of work and getting sub affiliates especially, they can be taken out from under me like that

As far as I know, Tim still works there but has moved up the ladder. Perhaps drop him an e-mail - I expect he´d at least reply.

Thanks FictionNet, if you have an email for him I would appreciate it....CAP, Casinomeister, AGD, and here, no luck, they simply don't care what's right or wrong, they just brush if off.

I haven´t spoken to Tim for a few years and I´ve long lost his e-mail addy, I´m afraid. I couldn´t even ascertain whether Tim's boss (Bryan) is still around - I have rather lost track of Wagershare´s goings on. I did a bit of hunting but all I could come up with was affiliatemanager@wagershare.com - might be worth a try.
