Wagershare appear to be quite happy with spam these days. See here:

Appears Wagershare is on another spam drive.

Wagershare was busted spamming over at CasinoMeister too. However with complaints and such nothing got done and it continued.

Spin Palace Group casinos remained of the Recommended List

It eventually all dried up. But obviously it's started again.

I haven't been hit with any this time round. Last time I threatened to hit them with a clean up bill if I received one more spam. From that point on I did not receive anymore spam from Wagershare or Spin Palace Group.

    Cheers

    Dave

Spamming is bad enough but doing it (or allowing an affiliate to do it) disguised as a rival online casino is appalling. If I was Ruby Royal I would drag Wagershare into court if feasible.

Surely this is against the UK licensing terms?

    Default Wagershare out of business?

I have sent the past few days several e-mails to support at wagershare dot com and tried to contact them via their 'online' support. Several weeks ago I did get a reply via an offline message thru the 'online' support, but this is not the case anymore.

All e-mails are still bounced (like weeks ago), including those to wintechnologies.net (apparently a company behind / working with Wagershare). Mails to info at wintechnologies dot net are also bounced. My last try is to call their office.

It indeed seems out of business. Or they automatically block e-mails with 'payment' in it ...!

First day here, first post, and found finding this information here very useful!
