    Default Warning **confusion in deal with canaryjohn** (reopened not resolved)

    A heads up to other members....


    We purchased an affiliate account from gpwa member canaryjohn back in September. Made payment for the account, all went through OK, and then we updated our payment details with the program.

    The program updated their back end and for an unknown reason, at the start of the month when the monthly payment was sent, they went to the old payment details and not ours.

    We have contacted him several times on here, on AGD, and also via email with no reply. I have explained what happened and he should return the commission to them or send it on to us.


    I even made a thread in case he had not seen the emails or messages on here.

    Again, no reply.


    We spoke to the program after the payment was made to the old account and explained what happened but they have no way to return the payment, which I get. They are saying the new payment details didn't save and have no way to claim back the payment.


    All we want is for him to do the decent and honest thing and return the funds (that were ours) but he is ignoring all messages.

    He last logged in on the 10th Nov, so he will of seen your messages. What a ****** thing to do, I doubt he will get business from anyone else on here or AGD again. I'm guessing you changed the password and he didn't login after you changed the details and switch them back?

    Yeh passwords etc were changed. They just sent it to the wrong account.

    Its an easily solved issue, he just needs to send the funds to us and the thread gets removed

    My inbox on GPWA is full so I didn't receive anything from you there.

    Please get in touch with Ultrapartners... they are pulling some sort of fast one over you.
    I will not be talked about like this is. Absolutely disgraceful to treat someone like this when they are already in a bad situation.

    Ultrapartners Jean has now confirmed that he did NOT tell the OP that payment was sent to me. This was entirely untrue. And he didn't tell him that because payment was NOT sent to me.

    This threads title should read Warning **don't deal with allaboutthebets because he will likely try to make a public spectacle out of you for no apparent reason**

    I have no idea what has went wrong here and I am more than willing to get involved to help resolve the situation but I will NOT be made out to be some sort of thief in this.

    Jean from Ultrapartners has even shared communications with OP. (maybe he shouldn't be doing that, not my concern)

    Clearly shows he did not say anything to OP about payment being sent to me.

    Again no idea what has actually gone wrong here but I have not taken this money.

    After heated discussions with Ultrapartners it seems it is them at fault and not the OP.

    I will give it till January. I will keep pushing them to resolve the matter.

    If by then they have not finally got the account up to date I will grudgingly cover the loss because it is the right thing to do.

    NOT because I have done anything wrong. I have not.

    I thought the same thing. But seems like they have told a lie about the payment not expecting to be called out and now it has just become deeper and deeper. So I can see them just flat out refusing. Which is pretty terrible since I've worked with them a lot.

    Lets just say I am very much looking forward to the chance to see this MF in person. I will be attending the next available conference specifically for it.

    First,

    We realize that both parties are passionate about the issue, but at no time should any post (either here or elsewhere) lead to personal attacks or name calling, as those type posts will be moderated/

    So it appears that the OP may have been told by the affiliate program the payment had gone to the wrong affiliate

    We have been provided a statement that a screen shot that the payment had been made was provided, and we are investigating such, so at this point the thread will be locked.

    side note: This is one of the caveat's when making a deal to purchase affiliate accounts. and a reminder one should be very careful of such deals and why it has become more of an excluded and restricted practice.

    Just a quick update for those that have been asking

    The program says they have made payment to the old payment details. (Jean has been on AGD and confirmed payment was sent to the old account details)

    John is saying he hasn't received the payment. But has said earlier in this thread "I will grudgingly cover the loss because it is the right thing to do."

    I emailed John 2 days ago, had no reply.

    No... they refused to provide real proof. Specifically because the payment doesn't exist.

    I on the other hand provided evidence that the payment didn't arrive with me.

    I provided both parties my financial statement showing clearly that this payment was not made to us at all.

    For anyone who wants to know. This will be my last reply to this thread. From 1pm today I will be under the instruction of my legal representative.

    There is a lot I want to say about this situation and the deliberate defamation of my character (which I believe has separate motivations) but I will await his instructions before doing so. Perhaps it will have to move to a more official conversation.

    I think I can reiterate though. We did nothing wrong. We are not withholding anyones cash. We have not received any money we shouldn't have. And we are no longer going to sit and just take this.

    I see now that the thread has been unlocked so that this public defamation of character can continue. It's my view that this act makes the GPWA a publisher of opinion rather than a medium of communication. Making you guys just as complicit.

    Okay - we will be watching very closely.

    John has shown a screenshot of his wallet and indeed that screenshot doesn't show the payment.

    What he hasn't shown is a screen shot of the actual wallet where every payment has been sent since Jan. The screenshot doesn't show the one they sent in Sept (before we got the account) so we can only presume that one is missing as well........

    If this is the case then he probably hasn't had any payment since Jan....... and I am sure he would have know about it and reported this?

    I have not seen a screenshot of the wallet address where those payments were received, which would surely back up his statement that he hasn't had the payment.
