If in fact the 3 players in question are the affy's family then that could be an issue, but those 3 players could be removed and the affiliate could still promote them, butthe only option they even offered was closing the account.

If the affiliate was warned and continued to promote to family, then they have a more solid case, but it was very clear they were only interested in the honoring the agreement with the affiliate if they did in fact start sending 200+ players a month.
The poker poster and the mickey poster don't look the same to me Uni.

There's like 3 issues mixed up in this thread.

Can you show Gaming Promo took a liberty, renamed, and are now in apparent good standing without addressing the liberty?

    Joeyl,

You may be correct about this thread becoming a bit jumbled with more than one issue, but to clarify.

AffEurope clearly stated any affiliates signed up before a certain date were held to an old terms of service, but they have clearly stated they (then named GamingPromo) didn't need to follow the original terms of service which goes back to 2003 for a number of us.

(So this means they can hold affiliates to certain dates if it suits them and disreguard them if it suits them.

AffEurope has stated that they are NOW the marketing arm for City Club etal so yes that alone shows they are connected.

As far as I know the Casinos were not sold and are owned by the same folks (someone correct that if it is not true) and even GamingPromo searches now point at AffEurope.

It is my opinion that the entire re-naming process was only done because the folks at GamingPromo knew full well they would never stand a chance coming back here and suddenly re-upping their sponsorship under the same name and I honestly think this should have all been looked at a bit more closely before the sponsorship was finalized.

I am not against them being here 100%, just that I feel they should address any and all issues that stem from GamingPromo or it's nothing more than a rename to get out of honoring old deals and tyhat we have seen a bit of over the years and quite a bit more lately....

As stated previously the company gamingpromo no longer exists and their property CityClub has moved under a brand new independent AffEurope

Are the casinos owned by the same group?

    Who owns AffEurope?

Why does ALL gaming promo research point at AffEurope?

Are the same partners behind AffEurope that were behind GamingPromo?

    What exactly happened to GamingPromo?

Why do you think it's ok to hold affiliates to a set of terms (fro GamingPromo) by a specific date, and yet affiliates can not hold YOU to the terms that were in effect when they originally signed up?

Also, what connections exist between AceRevenue and AffEurope?

In answer to your questions Universal 4

    1) Affeurope is new company with different owners than gamingpromo

    2) Any connections that may be found between Affeurope and the gamingpromo are due to the fact that affeurope carries an ex gamingpromo property city club casino.

    3) Our terms and conditions are fair, hence our connection with GPWA and AGD.

    4) Ace Revenue and Affeurope are not connected

Affeurope are brand new company with different personnel (bar a few) from the no longer exisiting gamingpromo. This has been explained multiple times, It is not our job to discuss a non exisiting old affiliate program so I would ask that you please leave the issue to rest.

    Thanks

Sorry AffEurope, but since there is an existing trust issue related to the CASINOS being promoted, (inmyopinion) asking us to lest the trust issue just rest is asking too much.

I want to announce that there are absolutely NO connections between AffEurope and Acerevenue. Absolutely nothing. All this is ludicrous.
I’m not sure where the confusion arose from, but Ace Revenue and AffEurope are not connected at all.

    Thanks

I want to announce that there are absolutely NO connections between AffEurope and Acerevenue.
Acerevenue are though are they not, closely linked to the Virtual Casino Group?

Being old Warren Cloud Casinos, that were rebranded and now owned by the Virtual Casino Group who also operate Gambling Wages....

    More info here:

    http://www.casinomeister.com/rogue/crystal_palace.php

Personally IMO being linked to the Virtual Casino Group is actually WORSE than being linked to affeurope.
