If you have not cut all ties with them, change your contact details with them, then you will know their "new"casinos when they start asking you to promote other casinos under a "new" brand. If you have decent traffic, it is best to ask these kinds for a listing fee. If they hit your new contact, take a listing fee and drop them when paid.
