Today i got a message from a user (we never reviewed or recommended Hera):

Hallo, mein name ist ... Ich habe mich bei http://heracasino.com Angemeldet und eingezahlt! Es weist Lizenzen vor also spielte ich und gewann 160.000$... ich habe auch eine Bestätigung für jede Rückzahlung auf mein Konto bekommen. Es passiert aber nichts und der Support antwortet mir nicht mehr. Können Sie mir bitte weiterhelfen? Ich weiß nicht mehr weiter
Hello, my name is ... I signed up at http://heracasino.com! It assigns licenses so I played and won $ 160,000 ... I've also got a confirmation for every refund on my account. But nothing happens and the support does not answer me anymore. Could you please give me additional help? I do not know how to continue

Their website looks good, to me. It is responsive, for mobile. Looks like they need to take licensing and the games they offer more seriously. It's a quality control and trustworthy focus thing, in my opinion.

I hope he receives his $160K win, but his chances don't look too good so far

    Really???!!!

I'd label it as it truly is - outright theft (pirated games) and fraud.

Possibly this "160K guy" is coming from Germany.

If he did not won that money in the fun mode, but would receive 160k via wire transfer, then his bank account will be frozen within a blink of an eye, and the same day the police is knocking at his door for a house search.

If they found out, that Hera is using pirated games and the winnings have been generated through illegal actions, then he is in more trouble, despite the fact, that he is innocent.

If he lives in Bavaria, then they will also confiscate all cash they can find, regardless, if it has something to do with gambling or not.

It is nearly impossible for a common German player to win huge sums within a short period of time in most online casinos without getting busted and prosecuted.

Either the casinos have not the financial resources to pay out big winners, and every 2nd casino is in that situation, so they have to steal the money from the player with false accusations or huge winners, especially from Germany, come in big trouble, and the judges here are not interested in any EU-Law gibble gabble.

Even if the player remains unpunished at criminal court, he will be monitored for the next 10 years, every activity of his bank accounts, and due to a recent changed secret law here, also his computer with remote forensic software, used by German law-enforcement agencies, similar to FBI's CIPAV.
