I will say one thing,, spam email campaigns are notoriously unsuccessful, it's possible to run a successful campaign but usually from your own readers... paying someone to do it suggests that it was not your data.. perhaps this "op in gamers" type of email?

I'm curious if the campaign went live? Seems your Richard Davies has a history here https://www.gpwa.org/forum/affiliate...ic-197730.html

Maybe you can ask for a refund?

Correct. If it's this, than the world is saved from at least one spam campaign!

The ONLY email campaigns that are successful and are not spam, are the ones you do yourself, to a mailing list that you compile from visitors to your OWN websites.

Any purchased/rented list of email addresses are nothing but a spam list. 99% of any and all those who sell mailings in this manner, either A) Do not perform their stated function as seems to be the case here, or B) Perform the mailings which is nothing but spam anyway and often get your domains or affiliate id's in trouble anyway.

Hopefully your post will help others avoid dealing with them.
