No one likes quotas, but no one can force a program to work without them. In rare cases, when both sides have enough intellect, a deal can be negotiated to improve the situation.

As you see, Anthony and 7StarsPartners negotiated the deal, that at least the GPWA members do not suffer under the quota. A socialist may say "So, the GPWA people are the better people, huh?", but for a pragmatist and U.S. TV commercial ad analyst like me it is more a win than a loss, a good deal.

Dear 7Stars,

it would be a good idea to change the cookie tracking to the latest referer, because with the exeption of shady, midnight-black scalawags, who are abusing their websites as cookie intruders to hijack and collect as many player computers as possible, no one here has an interest to work under earliest referer conditions.

You can improve your sucess on GPWA up to 480% if you change your tracking to latest referer, because we all know, the webmaster, who has the best review on his website, the best content, shall have the best chances to take that player.

General question to all affiliate programs: Can we have a quota set for signups not converting to depositing players please? That if the program does not make it, we get paid extra. That would be a confident program I would join blindfolded.
