    Dear friends,

    Ball2win Affiliate T&Cs are posted at:
    https://www.gpwa.org/forum/ball2win-...tml#post744434

    Please note, Under Section 4.

    4.1 Net Gain: we absorb players' deposit transaction cost, except for fraud, charge back etc.
    4.2 5% is for anyone who refer us an agent/affiliate;
    4.3 we clear state that there is no negative carryover.
    (we all understand that in terms of month, negative earning is small chance)

    Welcome to gpwa

    The testimonial seems weird and who is this person who recommends?

    A few things to work out but good luck.

    Welcome to the GPWA, but honestly with that quota in place I can't say it is very small affiliate friendly.

    Hello Ball2Win Affiliates,

    for the 1st impression that counts it's no interest to me if a sponsor is Silver, Gold or Platinum. The status looked not that impressive.

    I have a pending friend request from you in my GPWA control panel.

    My 1st impression of your program?

    The sign-up page: affiliate.ball2win.com/en/Account/Register

    "I am over 18 years of age and have read and accepted the general terms and conditions.
    I agree to receive information from your company. I can cancel this service in my account at any time."

    There is no link under "the general terms and conditions"!

    Very strange!

    Why i should "Confirm" terms with a button to "Create account" without the chance to read them official on the website and only valid there?

    The term page was online in the past: https://www.google.de/search?client=...and+conditions

    But now...

    Server Error in '/' Application.
    The resource cannot be found.
    Source: affiliate.ball2win.com/Home/Terms

    Can you please give me the link where i can read the terms?
    On your website please, because terms published in forums (https://www.gpwa.org/forum/ball2win-...tml#post744434) are no valid under civil law.

    ---

    Your home page: affiliate.ball2win.com/

    If i click on the links...

    Casino | Sports | Lottery

    ... nothing happened

    ... Dead links ...

    If a company enter with a product or service the market, then all pages should work fine, and the website don't should give the (1st) impression, that it's under construction. This is not very professional. We say in Germany: "Business before pleasure."

    ---

    One last question: The Curaçao eGaming seal you are using on your home page in the right bottom is not linked to an authorized confirmation site like this example (validate.cyberluck.com/validate/4c2417d3-cf1c-4f17-9ea2-614c0a00002a). It's a normal link to the Curaçao eGaming website only.

    Can you please fix it and link it to your validation site because this seal was used unauthorized in the past from another sponsor, and using official seals should be always correct and with transparency.

    Thank you for your attention.

    Leopold

    Dear Leopold,

    Thank you for review our site and give us lots of suggestion.

    1) the same version of T&C at GPWA here will be displayed at our affiliate site, I think this is an very important item we missed up for link.

    2) our affiliate site are tested many rounds but still, we encountered some error these days. and very unlucky, our main tech. members are on holiday since Christmas. they are just back from holiday, and they are working now.

    we are now fixing the error few days ago here other GPWA member feedback to us, and by now we almost finish the bug fixing;

    2) Curacao eGaming Seal at "right corner"....... that seal automatically included inside when we use Curacao network; we suggest them to remove it as it doesn't serve any purpose except for their marketing purpose, so far, we still not yet receive respond from them;

    here is ball2win Site validator link or you can go to www.ball2win.com, right at bottom center, you click the Curacao eGaming logo, you can see the validation page.

    We will put the above mentioned link to affiliate site too, if Curacao side agree (mostly they will since it's the sublink under main link).

    We won't claim "we had" license when we don't have it in hand. In today, scam can't be lasted long as many people can get Curcacao email address or phone number by Google to check if there is such as under them, it's not 20 years ago.

    Thank you once again, to give us good suggestions.

    You are right. The "floating" 2nd seal ad is really irritating. It's not your fault.

    Thank you very much for the fast response. This is a helpfully information for the audience, because the company behind this seal is real and not a homemade hole to jump in, hiding something.

    You are welcome, Leopold.

    We believe only those who want to work with us/or has little interest in us, will write long and serious post about us.

    Ideally, we have to complete everything and make everything perfect, then launch the site; but practically, most of site will have more or less problems in first few months... We will try everything to make this period shorter.

    as some affiliates said, any announcement made at GPWA forum is not valid in terms of civil law, SO we will send those related affiliate by email today, UK time.
