    Hi GG

The new Terms and Conditions replace the Terms and Conditions that were in place when we started our GPWA membership. The setting up of these new T&Cs were in fact part of what was needed for us to join the GPWA as the original Terms and Conditions were quite basic. In this version of the T&Cs we made sure everything was covered and all clauses were as Affiliate Friendly as possible. Obviously, and commission deals which were in place before the change are still valid.

I have addressed your second point in the linked thread.

If you require any more info please do just get in touch

    Confusing as Hell isn't it?
This is Club Gold they have been running for about a year.
The fact that they have simply inverted the name of Gold Club Casino (running since 1997) AND used the same colours is the cause of much consternation, I've even had adverts sent to me by affiliate networks from Club Gold which used Gold Club logos!

Of all the names available they could have picked one that was a bit different, unless it was intentional of course... In which case, hmm.

Been hearing good things about Club Gold lately, from players that is. Glad you treat affiliates good as well, so keep it up - and Welcome!

I want to be nice and polite and friendly and welcome you to the forum, and say welcome as a "platinum sponsor" , but I have just read a thread where somebody hasn't been paid by you guys, and they have been inundated with lots of spam......... So I won't be rude ....I'll say Hello at least

Today i saw, that after 989 days Club Gold Casino Partners is longer Platinum sponsor of GPWA. Club Gold Partners is now a Silver sponsor.

This information is also part of transparency and was created completely without judgement or prejudice.

As a part of transparency I want to inform the audience, that in the program overview page of Club Gold Partners (https://www.gpwa.org/affiliate-progr...-gold-partners) Carmel is no longer listed.

I infer from this that Carmel does not work for Club Gold Partners any longer. We have had fierce debates to each other, but a wise man reminded me that he is only an employee and not the owner of the program.

Carmel has left Club Gold Casino, and from my view it's his chance for a new professional era ... working for a serious company.

As long as a program leader -a business man (!) with a lot of money goes around- is allowed to hide his identity (I know the real name), as long you can't trust the company behind, because leading GPWA stuff, and GPWA is also a business, is known or posting with their real names and other program leaders too.

There is no privacy for a firm owner, no free ticket to make business from the anonymouse underground. That's just ridiculous!

Carmel is no program leader. He's an efficient employee and an enrichment for every decent company. It will be wonderful if he can make full use of its potential.
I whish Carmel all the best for the future , and who knows, perhaps someday we exchange some cake recipes...

I don't really have a problem with an affiliate manager that wants to use a middle name or does not want to reveal his surname.

There is no privacy for a firm owner, no free ticket to make business from the anonymouse underground.
In my opinion, domain privacy should not exist and causes a lot more problems on the internet than someone wanting to keep their surname private.

I couldn't agree more about what you are saying on domains privacy and specially about email addresses. Why blocking email addresses ?!
