    Hi eToro!

Since you're a new type of program, how about giving a run down of what's on offer and how to market the product.

It's a field I'm interested in looking at but never tried out.

As many of you know, i'm very concerned about the legality of many programs within the US. The vast majority of Forex programs are offering offshore trading accounts to americans, this is not a good thing for anyone who may one day need a securities license in the US.

When i researched eToro, they were in fact operating legally in the US. Their system is run thru a US legal firm in boston. Now i did my research about 18 months ago, so check for yourself. But i suggest than anyone living in the US or canada stick to US legal programs for Forex.

    welcome eToro

Yes, one of the things that I believe is very interesting about the the forex marketplace is that forex trading is legal and regulated within the US when done properly. This is not some sort of grey area, but an area that is completely legal when done in acccordance with government regulations. This means things like payment processing for both customers and affiliates are not subject to some of the complexities we all know about for activities like poker and casinos in the US marketplace.

This is off topic, but I understand there are major differences between the Forex programs that operate in the US - and those that do not.

As I've been explained, the ones that are not legal in the USA work through banking systems that circumvent financial centers like London and New York. They work through places like Venezuela.

Forex undoubtedly has its legal issues similar to (but unrelated) to iGaming...

    Anyway, welcome eToro!
