I spotted you guys over at AGD, and subsequently signed up as a player; wont promote a casino I wouldn't play at myself.

Made few BTC deposits. All went smoothly. Most were credited with literally minutes. However, there seems to be some type of 'glitch' between 5pm to 8pm (your time). Where BTC is not credited instantly, and instead can takes ages to be credited. Don't know if that's your side, or a Miners bottleneck. Either way maybe something you can investigate.

The other thing...
I deposited in total $x,xxx (I don't play with bonuses). Went to 'live chat' to request a comp on my losses. The CSR was friendly, but 10 free spins on a slot, isn't exactly sharing-the-love. In the end, I reach out to Vlad, and he comped me.

As an affiliate I refer players who also do not play with bonuses. I'm pretty sure, they'd also be miffed (like I was) when the chat lady tried to make the 10 free-spins she was giving me, as something special. Maybe you can take a look at this too. Obviously if someone is dropped $x,xxx in a day or two, then they're the type of player you want to keep happy... Retention these days is important... just sayin.

Yes, that's true. However, I only got that level of service because I knew who to contact.

A player without that information, would only have received a 10 free spins comp from your CSR.

Hence, why I bought up the retention issue. Put it this way...

If didn't know who to contact, and all I could get was 10-free-spins, I wouldn't be depositing again.

The progressive VIP program should guide the player through the VIP levels, adding the free spins on every step. Same reward he will get during his birthsday and exchange comp points before Christmas.
We are trying to add more bonuses to the lowerest VIP levels, but the new players usually getting 1-st deposit bonus 100% up to 100 euro + 100 free spins and 2nd deposit bonus 75% up to 50 euro. If we shall focus on 1-3 VIP levels, we shall get a lot of abusers of these offers together, creating new and new fake accounts to claim them. We are trying to balance the system with manual bonuses, same as you have got.

Can understand not wanting to attract bonus abusers. However, common sense should prevail. EG - I climbed thru 3 levels in a couple of days, with straight cash deposits. Clearly I'm not a bonus-abuser.

My point is... If I didn't have your contact details at AGD, then I would not have got comped. The same goes for other players too.

Hence why I asked the question about retention...

Giving a comp of 10 free spins to a player who has deposited $x,xxx, is going to drive those type of players away. Whereas those are the type of players every casino desires as loyal customers.

No, I'm telling that the better deal will be from the very beginning, more attractive it will be for abusers with fake accounts. VIP system increases the rewards with wagering progress (doesn't matter if a player is winning or losing streak). We have a lot of players on lvl8+ from one deposit and winning streak. I do not want to see threads that Fastpay closed my account with money and we do not want to fight with abusers with scam way (closing accounts and confiscating the money without any factical proof).

Let's sort out the main idea of Fastpay from the owner side to make some things clear. Nobody can fire me and change the conception or tell that "this manager is not working anymore and his promises are only his responsibility". Same with that "this guy was a cheater, we fired him - now it will be okay". Fastpay is not 5th casino in the network or scamming expirement for fast money. We are putting our soul in it. We have our own support and management teams. I'm trying to deal with the affiliates by myself as I'm affiliate for 12 years already and know exactly with what kind of difficulties affiliates are faced.

The main conception: Fastpay casino never search for the reasons not to pay. This what players will release sooner or later. Same, as we pay money instantly and verify accounts in several minutes. We are not offering 10 bonuses on 10 first deposits and then confiscating money for bonus ratio, we do not offer reloads with 20x and then searching for duplicates or hiding under "we cannot tell the reason but account is closed and winnings are confiscated", we do not offer no deposit bonuses for sign up etc. I do not see the perspective in competition of bonuses (same as affiliates deals) with untrusted casinos who are shaving affiliates and do not pay big winnings to players. They can offer anything. We are expanding due to our reputation, not because we are offering more bonuses or highest cpa in the world - this is my point. If a player wins - we pay.

On the same point, I see how Fastpay affiliates is dealing with the affiliates. I created Fastpay, first of all, to avoid shaving of affiliates and cheating of the players. It is not a marketing move - it is true. Oh btw $95 isn't 10% of $1.2K... Instead, $120 is 10%... Though with 20x wagering attached, a comp of at least 15% would be fair.
