here are my thoughts. In general I am not writing my opinions for money or for my own advantage. So please keep that in mind.

Your activity quota really is total o.k. for me, because if there are really absolutely no activities from any players for 6 months, which includes also the old ones, then the code for the Dead Man's Switch can be initiated.

"Livelong" revenue share sounds fine, but we all know, that the business models in this industry can't hold this promise alive in most cases.

Only livelong free entrance in a strip club indeed means livelong.

So the activity quota is o.k. in this case.

No Income Access means a lot of bonus points.

And there are no crooked cookies.

The only thing, I object, is "Normally no negative carryover, however If consistent loses are recorded month on month, reserve the right to close affiliate account".

It's not a good idea to demotivate business partners with the fear that a termination of their honest affiliate account will come for absolutely no wrongdoing.

Which also means the loss of a lot of money, because the laws of math tells us, that big winning players with a huge bankroll can have winning streaks over months. The laws of math also tell us - in case the casino has a smart player management and support to hold the good players - that laws tell us, that it's only a matter of time in 28 of 30 cases, that they will lose all their winnings at the end and also their own money.

So with this term, one big winner with a fine lucky time over 6 months will result in the termination of the affiliate account. When the player will lose all his winnings later, then the affiliate goes away empty-handed. And again: There is absolutely no wrongdoing by the affiliate.

This is not bona fide in my opinion.

Then install the usual high roller policy instead with a negative carry-over.

That is at least bona fide.

An affiliate can recover from a negative carry-over but not from a termination of his honest account.

Due to the fact, that right now there is nothing in your terms regarding activity quota and negative carry over, you can think about it before you complete your terms with the right words with respect to negative carry over.

No reply, not even to a normal welcome message here from several people and not to my - with facts based - thoughts in post #2.

This is a pity, because ignoring welcoming users can be seen as discourteous.
It's also in the interest of GPWA, that sponsors stay here for a long time, so only my thoughts, but I would do anything legal and ethically correct to care them, and if it is a hint to GameOn from one of the many GPWA staff members online, that this thread exist and that it is smart to react, because the sheer existence is not enough.
