PM for you!

Hello guys,
as per the other thread in AGD, I take this opportunity to clarify again the situation IGT Partners - Probability Affiliates and I want this to be transparent and clear to all the affiliates.
All players data have been migrated and added to the the referring affiliate's new account in the IGT Partners Affiliate Program, these affiliates are receiving my communications on a weekly basis through the affiliate newsletter.
I would kindly invite all the old Probabily Affiliates in ADG and GPWA (like @Shay ) to follow the instructions below:
Should there be an anomaly with your account, kindly send me a PM (including your pre and post migration account details such as Username, Email, Name and Surname, Website registered and the Relevant info about your case) in order to start the investigation and I will do my best to sort it out for you.
Please bear in mind that I have no direct access to the old Probability data, and that this would need to be requested from Income Access (our affiliate platform provider).
I'm not aware of any pending case but you can reach me anytime and anyway (PM on AGD/GPWA or via email at affiliates@igtpartners.com or via Skype) and I will do my best to solve it.
My main goal is to grow, run and manage our affiliate program in a trusted and transparent manner.
Looking forward to getting in touch with you all (old and new affiliates) and starting a strong and profitable partnership.
Thanks
To again clarify our position, we were neither given a new account with IGT nor were we ever notified that there was any sort of migration.
Before the migration took place (when Probability was in control), we received somewhat regular (and likely automated) communications from Prob. Not once did it mention the migration.
After hearing of the migration, we attempted to log in at the new platform. The system did not recognize our username. Efforts to trigger "forgot password" also failed. We emailed contacts of old and new at this time to no avail. While we used to be paid frequently from the old program, we've not received a penny nor an email (automated or otherwise) since.
With that in mind, I have no interest working with a program that has this much slipping through the cracks. From the surprise in the merger to the lack of communications on through to the vanishing account - it would be a waste of my time to even consider restoring relations.
None of the above is Leone's fault. I'm sure he is a sound program manager but it just doesn't make sense for my company to restore relations with IGT/Probability. With that said, it does make sense to ensure that others are aware that this has happened to us in the interest of transparency and with respect to my participating in affiliate facing forums such as this one.
