New Customers shall mean customers who do not yet have, and have not had an account in Operator’s software, who sign up using Affiliate code in registration form and make at least one real money transfer into their gaming account.
5-20 players = 25%
20-40 players = 30%

11.3 If an Affiliate does not generate any successful and verified registrations for the Company for greater than a six (6) month period, the Company may terminate this Agreement with or without notice to Affiliate and have full authority to move affiliated players under the Company.
11.4 . If the new clients brought in by affiliate are winning poker and/or sports betting players, also known as “sharks”, then Operator has the right to reduce Affiliate poker revenue share weight down to 50%. If the new clients bought in by the Affiliate are mostly “sharks” with a very few regular or losing players then Operator has the right to reduce Affiliate poker and/or sports betting revenue share weight down to 0%.

Quota and no overwritten cookies.. also I think they are confused with "sharks" don't they mean "sharps"? so how do we control which players sign up? do we vet them first? I get quite a few sharps most usually put the $$ back in not sure it's right to punish the affiliate.. I would give this one a miss

I agree this is actually a quota, but somewhat reasonable and possibly one I could live with, but you can not claim it isn't one.

Working toward changing the cookie time frame really means NOTHING if the cookie is not over-written as this only helps larger affiliates with bigger traffic numbers, and like sweetbet stated, is NOT affiliate friendly IMO, as it does NOT reward the affiliate that closes the sale.

Sometimes I believe, you and me we are the only persons who are reading the terms after the welcome threads are going online to make a report about the real facts.
What happened in the last year?
In the meantime 8 out of 10 welcome threads - when they go online - contains at the beginning
- wrong information about the terms
- promotion for under construction like program websites
- promotion for quota programs
- promotion for program websites without any visible terms
- promotion for programs where the leading representatives are hiding their identity

The result will be, that more and more people ignore the welcome threads at all.
No reads = no new webmaster.
This is very sad for the 2 out of 10, who are acting perfect as a new starter in this industry.
A lot of people will stop reading if this trend will not be changed.
Believe me.
I think this is also the best for me.
I will invest the time better to bake a cake.
Always the same people, Shay, Rick and me try again and again to change the terms to the better that all can benefit from it.
But does it really make sense?

My common sense says also "No".
But there are a fistful of people, and as long as they exist here, I say "Yes".

And ... with the "Shark Zero Commission Policy" revealed by Shay in this thread earlier (Am I too stupid to understand the principle of rake?), yes with this policy the way to the next flower shop is very far away.
